There are multiple positions and companies— you can literally customize both (benefits, shift, unit, etc) to truly fit what you are looking for. I created my Vivian 8/22 and by 8/27 had a job offer and acceptance to a hospital I am very excited to start it. My recruiter and company are great as well

So far I got 3 positions that were high paying jobs off Vivian sometimes the amount of calls from it can be a bit overwhelming.

Timely and current offers on the job market. Ability to compare offers from multiple agencies.

I have yet to have any of these recruits place me and I’ve been on Vivian for quite some time now.
You get nothing but a bunch of conversations that can be frustrating when you realize they tell many lies about what they can do or what assignments they have, only to find they feed you false hopes. In spite of that I still try and hang in with Vivian, because it’s not the owner or creator of the site that the issue.
This has been an issue since I created my account on Vivian, that’s too long, but I believe in Loyalty.
I know that I can be the voice for a plethora of people dealing with this problem.
Something has to change and fast.

Eveytime I put in for a position it is always closed for applications and recruiters try to get me to take other positions

I love Vivian and how easy it is to have access to all kinds of travel assignments and see the difference in pay for each agency. I got my first assignment within two weeks at the best rate! Then I also got a $50 visa to use after I uploaded my first check showing I took a job offer from using them. I will continue to use and I love I don’t have to keep bothering my references for each agency. Once Vivian verified them I didn’t need to give anymore when I applied for different places.

They never helped me at all even when you told them exactly what you were looking for and type of job

I was able to explore and compare various opportunities and had quick responses for the postings I chose .

Vivian is a useful recruiting resource for Healthcare professionals that streamlines the job search process. Through their app or website, you can download all of your profile information to include your résumé, references, certifications, license information etc. This enables your profile is visible to the many staffing agencies who are partnered with Vivian. You will get daily updates of available matches based on your preferences. You then click on the ones that interest you and will be contacted very quickly by the recruiter who posted the position. Amazing resource!
