From Demo to Delivery – Duncan Was Amazing!

We recently purchased a laminating foiling machine from Vivid Laminating Technologies Ltd, and the entire experience has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

We had the pleasure of visiting their premises for a demo with Duncan, who was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable – he made everything so easy to understand and really took the time to explain the process in detail.

Duncan also personally delivered the machine to us and gave us full training on-site. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely lovely to deal with. It's not often you get that level of service these days, and we couldn’t be happier.
