The only skill I have to master is - how to communicate with the AI agent on support Level 1 so that it connects me with the live support engineer when my issue is not covered by the standard scenarios))

Vivid’s support team are very quick to respond and always do their best to help, for which I’m incredibly grateful. The app itself works brilliantly; the chat feature is easy to find, and I’ve never had any problems with it. Thanks to the team at Vivid 😊

FINAL UPDATE (14 July 2026):
My issue was finally "resolved" today, 34 days after the initial freeze, but only because I escalated this publicly and initiated a formal complaint with the CSSF.
I would like to express a brief note of thanks to my dedicated case manager, Drew, who was professional, responsive, and finally forced the system to release my funds. However, his individual assistance does not change my view of the bank itself.
Let it be clear: I still consider this block entirely unlawful. The contractual clauses they hide behind are abusive and unconscionable (leonine). Resolving this after more than a month of holding my business funds hostage—and only after being cornered by a regulatory threat—is an insult.
A simple "we are happy to let you know your issue is resolved" does not erase the immense stress, the operational damage, and the struggles I faced as a self-employed professional during this period. I am keeping this 1-star review active. Keeping this history public is the absolute least I can do to warn and protect other small business owners who might not know how to defend themselves against this corporate abuse.

In response to your comment: you continue to use copy-pasted templates to mask your unlawful incompetence. The 28-day period that you formally stipulated expired on 8 July 2026. Keeping my money frozen beyond your own deadline, while completely ignoring the official release (Freigabe) from my insolvency administrator, is not compliance — it is an unlawful retention of funds. Your refusal to release my balance has been officially reported to the CSSF. Resolve this immediately or face the regulatory consequences.

The deception continues. Vivid has now visually "unblocked" my account in the app to make it look like the restriction is lifted. However, this is a complete illusion: all outgoing transaction features remain hard-disabled. I am still completely blocked from transferring my money out.
To make matters worse, their customer support has gone completely silent, ignoring my messages in the chat for hours. This "fake unblocking" combined with absolute radio silence is a disgusting tactic to manipulate their system metrics and ghost a desperate customer. They are running away from their legal obligations. The CSSF has been fully notified of this latest update. Avoid this bank at all costs!

I am deeply appalled by the abusive and unprofessional conduct of Vivid Money. My Vivid Business account was fully frozen under section 33.4 of their T&Cs, completely ignoring a formal, legally binding release declaration (Freigabeerklärung) issued by my court-appointed insolvency administrator in Germany.
To make matters worse, Vivid officially stated that the account restriction would last for a maximum of 28 days, ending on 8 July 2026. It has now been over 96 hours since their own deadline expired. My business account remains entirely frozen, and my hard-earned funds are being unlawfully withheld.
When contacting customer support, I was met with scripted, automated chatbot responses babbling about a "48-hour cooldown period" for an escalation. This is not a video game; this is my livelihood as a self-employed dog walker. Vivid's textbook incompetence and lack of compliance are actively destroying my business and preventing me from paying urgent commercial expenses.
I have already submitted a formal complaint to the CSSF (the financial regulator in Luxembourg). If you are a freelancer or small business owner, stay far away from Vivid Money—they will block your money, breach their own deadlines, and completely stonewall your business.
