Really disappointing experience with Vivid Ads.

We approved artwork using their own template, with a specific light brown colour clearly selected, but the final flags were printed black, completely different from what was approved.

On top of that, production was delayed. The items were printed a week after approval and only arrived after the exhibition they were meant for, making them useless for the purpose.

Communication was also very poor. Multiple follow-ups were ignored, and there was no update or accountability throughout the process. I was expecting at least an apology or some form of resolution, but nothing was offered.

This experience has been frustrating from start to finish.

Saying unrelaible and horrifiying service experience is being really generous with these guys. something that was supposed to come in 3 days is still not here in 30 days. No one seems to care.

We’ve ordered from Vivid Ads many times and, while the ordering process is straightforward, if there is an issue the customer service is poor. Once you’ve paid the invoice, don’t expect much support. Pricing can also be misleading: the prices shown upfront appear to only apply if you’re purchasing multiple items, which feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

Delivery timelines are another problem. The “promised” timeframes are simply not realistic, and in our experience, items consistently arrived much later than advertised.

Despite repeated issues, we continued using them for convenience, but the latest experience was the final straw. We received an incomplete exhibition item, only for the business to deny responsibility and blame us for losing them.

While the products are fine when delivered correctly, the absence of reasonable after-sales support or accountability makes them a risky supplier.
