Good Products made worthy for the…

Good Products made worthy for the people who prefer to swim and cold plunge.Came across the brand in swimwear blog ended up purchasing the Linda wetsuit which turns out to be reversible and great construction.

Absolutely awful customer service!!!

Absolutely awful customer service!!!! I purchased the very expensive Dry Robe and the Linda wetsuit ….I wanted to exchange the wetsuit as it was too small from a small to a medium …its a very expensive item and therefore postage is free but in order to make the exchange I had to pay to post the small back to them having read on the returns form ‘EXCHANGE POSTAGE Vivida lifestyle will pay for the shipping of an exchange’ however, when doing the exchange it automatically charges you for postage and packing and so I contacted them ….no direct phone only a what’s app message available so the chat began and I quote…You need to pay to return the item that you have but there are no additional costs to send you a replacement’ well that is ridiculous as there was no cost for p and p it was free….having spent so much money they were not willing to incur the cost of the Pand P and kept referring me to their terms and conditions which I have to say and having looked at other peoples comments on trust pilot HAVE to be misleading. I am returning the wetsuit for a full refund so they have lost the sale . I wouldn’t buy from this company again terrible after sales service ….this company wont make it if this is their attitude ALSO , if I had been aware of their NO FREE RETURNS I would Never have purchased from them ….most companies have a free returns policy ..especially on high end expensive items where you want to get the sizing right and this isn’t always possible. I will NEVER buy from this outfit again and want to warn anybody else just how bad they are…NOT HELPFUL at all!

Good quality products and quick customer service

The products are very good quality, comfy, and a lovely design. I ordered 3 products: I chose wrongly the size and one of them was shipped in a wrong colour. Nevertheless the customer service solved it quickly: gave me the instructions to return and I just received my sizes and right colour. The only negative matter is that the returns are paid by the customer (they warn you on the website), but the new shipping was on theirs in my case. I guess it is understandable as they are not so big yet.

Dreadful experience

I purchased a "luxury" eyemask, and when I received it I realise the description did not match the description on the website. I then attempted to return this and this is where the palava begins. Firstly, I had to submit a request for this and had to wait days until I received instructions on how to do this. I then has to post this back using my own money. I'm glad I done this by recorded delivery as this has been delivered according to the tracking information. I then got in touch with customer service who gave me a vague answer saying I need to wait for this to be processed. This company is a disgrace, and I would not recommend doing business with them. All I want is my money back however they are making this as difficult as possible. This is shady practice and makes me question Vivida Lifestyle's ethics.

Customer Service could do better, products cheaper elsewhere.

The poncho towel I purchased was very nice but I felt hugely discouraged by the fact a few days later I found the exact same towel for sale on Amazon for less than half the price and with free delivery and free returns. Paid to return this one and bought from Amazon instead! Also despite Vivida advertising that they offer free postage on their returns label they don’t, I had to pay for both delivery and return postage. Vivida customer service weren’t particularly helpful when I pointed this out. A bit ‘oh well’. Due to that I wouldn’t recommend buying direct from them, shop around, their products when bought direct from them are clearly overpriced.

Great Find

I stumbled across this company whilst trying to find a Christmas gift for my mum. I will admit I was a little apprehensive as I had never heard of them before, but I spotted the all weather puffer changing robe, which I thought would be perfect for my mother who loves sea swimming/wild swimming and generally being outdoors.
I am so glad I did, it is great quality and I love the fact it is made from 100% recycled material, and I cannot wait to give it to her for Christmas. Delivery was very quick (through DPD) and I cannot fault the service.
I just wanted to leave a review in case someone else like myself was a bit unsure about ordering.
