They sold me a product and refused to ship.
They sold me a product that was advertised as in stock. Then said it wasn’t in stock and would ship within a couple weeks. Then got another notification that it wouldn’t ship for about 2.5 months after original order date. About 2 weeks later I finally got fed up and tried to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t cancel the order because it had already shipped and that I would have to pay a return shipping fee. I never received a shipping confirmation. This is a very shady company and apparently they like screwing their veterans. More to follow.

This is a piece of crap company. Went on web and order on November 13 2025 said it was in stock come to fine out it wasn’t with no update and it got delivered on January 4 2026. Had to call them a few times to see were my order was at.

Refuse to provide refund for out of stock items
BUYER BEWARE. I purchased an item, and a week later (and only after my prodding) learned that it was out of stock. I requested a refund on December 22nd, but even after acknowledging the cancelled order they refuse to refund the purchase amount. I went back and forth with them for 2+ weeks and they kept saying "we're working on it". Only after filing negative reviews and calling my bank to reverse the charges did they finally respond. Sounds like many others have had this kind of experience with them. Unless you want to give your money away to a scammer, buy elsewhere.

FRAUDULANT CHARGES ON MY CARD AFTER ORDERING FRM VIVIDRACING
after using my credit card with vivid racing a couple days later there was fraudulent charges on the my credit card had to call and cancel my card and after calling there customer service about my order i wasnt satisfied with there answers and decided to ultimately cancel my order after waiting all day still no email stating the cancelation was done and the return was on its way, i wouldnt even give vividracing a single star but i had to give atleast 1 star to give a review, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOU MAY GET FRAUDULANT CHARGES ON YOUR CARD
