Where do I even begin

You are not to message me again! I have zero issues re reporting you! You are a scam unprofessional supposed seller! I suggest you leave me the hell alone! Everything I've posted about and will continue to post is true and I have all the screenshots to prove it! Also to suggest contacting Amazon over YOUR BIKE AND WARRANTY is absurd that literally falls on YOU! You literally make zero sense and prove my point of uneducated scam artists of a fake company! Steady contacting me on a different website is still considered harassment. I'll have a great life especially not recommending you at a every chance I get.

Edit: I see the "company" has left a message. Trying to act professional now.. but that's too late! Again this company is a joke! I wouldn't deal with them and I said I'll make sure to let everyone know how horrible they are! So unprofessional! Oh and didn't Amazon tell you not to contact me anymore? You going to bribe me to take this one down? Have fun with Amazons investigation on you!

Where do I even begin? I needed a replacement headlight as mine suddenly stopped working. Vivi support said they would send the part right away after not hearing from them I reached back out the said the part was out of stock and did the run around on me... Looking into this the headlight was in stock per there website and available to ship within 2 days however I didn't get a headlight until after arguing with them and Amazon for 3 months! Afterwards I left a bad review of horrible business and they began to constantly email me to bribe me to remove the review. This is absolutely a horrible company to deal with. I would never recommend just due to the fact of there customer support or lack of. God forbid something on the bike stops working because it will be an everlasting nightmare to get it fixed.

I own 2 of the ace01 and they both perform as well as the 2 plus thousands dollars bike do. Anyone reading this review don’t sleep on these bikes.

Customer service is the worst

Customer service is the worst! I've been trying to get a replacement battery gor my ebike for almost a month! They shipped the wrong battery twice. And trying to get the right battery seems to be a brain surgery! I'll NEVER buy any replacements from vivi EVER! Besides the fact they sent the wrong battery I have to pay the return fee mail.

The bike was ordered in december and…

The bike was ordered in december and came with a bent rim. I have been trying to get a replacement wheel and rim, but am told the replacement is coming and it never came. Customer service is horrible. I would not by a Vivi bike, Look elsewhere for ebike.

I have been waiting for an update on my purchase! Have not received item and takes forever for someone to get back to you! The bike was a Christmas gift. The only thing my son wanted! He will have no bike for Christmas! We ordered it Dec7 and now it’s the 21st! We were supposed to get it Dec 15 the latest! And nothing! Don’t buy from here! I can’t believe I fell for this! vivi pedal assist not working

We have two vivi electric bikes bought on Ebay. The pedal assist does not work on one which has been ridden about 10 miles mostly on throttle. No help from chat phone or email. Customer service does not answer even tho I have offered to pay for parts. Many online reports of pedal assist problem, and lack of vivi to help.

Have been sending messages as there is no phone number to call. No answer so far. We bought a bike and within 1 year it stopped working. Bike shops have no clue what the problem is. No one to calk to trouble shoot.

I've bought an Ebike from Walmart

I've bought an Ebike from Walmart. It should be H7UL but when I received it, the model name is AMAK00017.

I am quite satisfied with the performance so far. Especially, climbing capability. But it may have caused by the light weight of myself.

Product itself give me 4.5 out of 5 considering the price. After riding 3 times, the headlight came off because of stock small washer and it couldn't hold it right.
I used bigger washer (2 of them) and now it's ok.)

However, the service department response is very unsatisfactory. I want to know more about my eBikes . Especially, I want to know where controller is located and want to know how it is wired.
Stock battery is only 10.4 ah and range is very limited. To add additional battery, I need to know how it is currently wired. The controller seemed to be located on the battery cradle/base.

Please let me know how it is wired.

Dear Customer: Hello. The electric bike you purchased is H7UL. H7UL is the bike model. AMAK00017 is our frame number and product SKU code, and the string of digital codes on the head tube is our production batch number, also called the serial number.
The controller of the H7UL electric bike is integrated in the battery base, and the integrated controller is integrated with the DP-5C battery base. If you need to replace the battery with a larger capacity, just choose the battery with the "48V DP-5C 4-pin" battery base, which is also sold on our website and you can also buy it on Amazon.

Vivi bikes refuse to honor the battery

Vivi bikes refuse to honor the battery warranty, it is with in the 1 year time frame. The electric mountain bike has a faulty design and after 3 months it ceases to work.

We got 2 bikes and for 20 minutes they worked till one pedal assist quit working. I contacted VIVI and they responded immediately. They said I needed a new pedal assist sensor which may have been compromised during shipping. They didn't just send me the part they sent me the part and the tools to change it plus a video on how to do it. Another 20 minutes later and the bike is working fantastic. We have since put at least 30 miles on the bikes and they are excellent I highly recommend them and I recommend the company for backing the product the way they did.
