Just about the worst customer support…
Just about the worst customer support to date. I never did receive the shipment. It was actually shipped by the provider days after the promised delivery date. The FedEx delivery driver rang the doorbell and waited, per surveillance footage, exactly 2.5 minutes before he hastily left with the shipment. Vivino and FedEx completely lost track. Promised re-deliveries never materialized. Vivino has a clunky virtual assistant-chat centre system which is opaque and ineffective. No telephone support.
Forget it.

Love wine selections and ease to order wine Dislike the fact that you have to sign for delivery as you have to stay home for often four or five hours to wait for delivery. I live in a very safe neighborhood and frequently have packages delivered that stay on our doorstep all day. I do understanding the reasoning behind required signatures and accept the inconvenience.
