Seems like I always got to keep pulling it so my app can read close
It works fine but the other lock which had a handle was much better. It is difficult to open the door just with the dead bolt lock. I will need to install another door handle so I can open the door easily

Door lock does not allow closure from remote control. I have called, but no one has returned my text messages.
Can’t get key pad to work
Will not enable or failed to properly secure when I arm the system leaving the home. Unfortunately it was not discovered for some time later. However, I did receive a notice that it was not enabled but was several hours from home. Once arriving home it was lose.
Easy to use inside and outside
Problem with the code in the lock. The code is not working. Repair is taken to long. I have an appointment schedule on September 10, 2026.which I fill is to long.
Keeps disconnecting. I have it set up to lock after 5 minutes of being unlocked and it does it a few times, stops, I reset it, and it redoes it all over again

Not installed yet. The worker said they can’t install it if we don’t have a dead bolt lock on our door. So still trying to get someone to do that.i can change this review when it is installed

I do like I can lock and unlock from my phone lie I said before I don’t like how I’m not seeing who at my door off my phone due to long period of technical issues
