Can’t rate it because it was never installed
It’s on the floor by my hot water heater. So far I’ve been lucky enough not to have it test its worth.

I think you should create a water sensor that can be put under the crawl space of a home to alert for water leaked under a house that can cause major damage & costly repairs
it will be a welcomed deal no worries.
