So far easy to use and does what we were told it would.
great for in case of emergency!
It was easy to follow directions on not touching the bottom area of the sensor and how to place the sensor near area where there could be water leakage. For us it is placed by our sump pump in the basement.

The sensor is a peace of mind product
Really didn't need but was in our package deal for what we were approved for
Luckily, we have not had to use it yet, but it gives me peace of mind.
I don't know if it works unless there was a leak
This was one of the items that I was adamant about having installed. NOPE not installed. I believe I need to find out what VIVENT is going to do about the lack of an ordered product.
So far its been nice knowing that water sensor will let me know when my water leaks under the kitchen sink .
Unable to know until I get new internet service.
