It’s new I see how it will work for my house if it ever gets water in it
When my house is not secure, i.e., back door not closed well, an alert is sent.
I never had this work properly.
I cannot tell you all what I think about this since we haven’t had it go off or anything.
Useless. Does not connect to any water piping system. It’s placed on the floor to detect water. So if you have a leak somewhere there is no sensor, you won’t be notified.
There was a water leak right next to it and it didn't go off.
Works as it should!

Haven't really had "an experience." It is here.
I don't know where this was installed in my house. The very next day after installation I got a message that the battery was low and the device was not communicating with the panel. Now I'm getting a message that the device is offline and I still haven't been able to find it in my house and the technician hasn't come back to show me where he installed it so the battery can be changed. I reached out to the guy who initially stopped by and he supposedly contacted the technician.
We never knew about this product, it is such a great product. In case of a possible flood. Tells us way before it starts to get bad.
It's a simple and easy setup. Nothing hard about it.
