I ordered in early July and by early September I still had not received my order. However, I contacted you and, since you couldn't track the order, you sent me a replacement which arrived within 2 weeks or so. So thank you for putting it right.
The product itself is very nice and impressive, well done!

In an effort to revive my artistic skills, I started trying to draw somethin every day. That has branched out into coloring and painting. I am participating in Inktober and watched some You tube videos about the Viviva color sheets. The colors are vivid and beautiful and they are helping with my inspiration! They were delivered quickly and in great condition.

I love the Colorsheets. The packaging is thin and light, ideal for open air painting and urban sketching. Colors are surprisingly vibrant!

These watercolors are very highly pigmented and easy to use. I love that they come in a portable folder that can easily fit into a purse or small "craft" bag. The colors are brilliant and beautiful. A definite plus for any crafter's arsenal. Thank you Viviva for these wonderful Colorsheets!

I've ordered the gift set as a present and paid for the shipping for 5-8 days. However, I have not received an e-mail about the package being sent which probably means the present will arrive too late

I love Viviva Colorsheets and ordered a set with water brush for a gift for a friend. It arrived in bad condition. The very nice packaging for the colorsheets and pen had been folded and crammed into a small mailing envelope. The kit is all wrinkled and I can't give it as a gift. Please reconsider how you package and ship your products!

I was very curious about the colorsheets when I first knew about it. It’s really amazing how a little booklet can surprise me so much. The paint is so concentrated I can imagine using it for a long time. The colors are so vibrant and bright it literally made my painting come alive. I really enjoy using the colorsheets.

The product is really good! The format is very original. The presence of small transparent sheets so that the colors do not stick is very smart. The colors are ultra pigmented. I am glad!

On August 3rd placed an order as a gift for a friend, who has birthday on August 12th. Today is August 22nd and the order is still in transit in India (friend lives in Maryland). Tracking number was not sent until we contacted support. Extremely disappointed

I found the product to messy. Not good for take along it gets on your hands! And not on the paper and colors are too dark. Will not purchase again.

These watercolors are insanely cool. Love the colorsheets. Love the quality. Love the vivid colors. Love how compact they are. The water pen is nifty but they work far better with regular brushes. I will absolutely be buying again.

It’s been seven days and my purchase has not arrived. Delivery says 5-8 days, however the shipping update only says a label was created the day after my order was placed and it still hasn’t left the facility. I understand if there are delays due to Covid, but where are the updates? Disappointing first purchase. This is a very delayed birthday gift😕

Haven't had time to use all the colors, as yet, but love the ones I have tried so far. Really looking forward to using them while urban sketching to lighten my load.
