RIP OFF!!!! Wowcher should be ashamed allowing this merchant to sell and they’ve sold over 12000.

Mystery homeware box 12.99 plus 3.99 delivery and I received
4 individual tea lights
2 loose nail files
A foot file
A kids toy
A candle holder
And best of all a mop attachment pad that I do not have the mop to use with and 3 individual hooks that slide on a rail which I also don’t posses the rail to use with.

There wasn’t even 20 individual items in the box either. Never again will I think a mystery box is a good idea it is disgusting and I’ve requested a return.

Ordered a yoga mat from Wowcher, they sat on my order for over a week. If I didn’t text them after a week why the product is still with them, they would never post it I am sure.
Item arrived by Yodel a day later than supposed to, after a big battle with the company and Wowcher.
Got the delivery charge £3 back but not because they offered, I had to fight for a bit of compensation for all the frustration they caused. Once they issued the refund, they didn’t contact me at all, neither a confirmation of refund processed. They can’t care less…

Please avoid at all costs all you get is a load of rubbish that is cheap any tacky you can buy better from pound land the total cost of items is well under the price paid I would two pounds worth

Terrible, ordered a Super Sonic Power Cleaning System through Wowcher.
It took ages to arrive which I allowed for due to Covid 19. When it did it was faulty, the battery connection part was completely missing. I contacted Wowcher who referred me back to supplier, 3 possibly more messages to their website and 2 months later still no response except for be patient automated e mail every time. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company. Disappointed because I have good things about the product which I cannot use.
