Poor product quality and zero customer support
In February 2025, I purchased acoustic panel accessories from vivaakustik.dk. In less than one year of normal use, the mounting points broke completely, making the products unusable. This clearly indicates poor material quality and weak manufacturing.
The bigger problem started afterwards.
Since Monday, I have sent two detailed and explanatory emails to the company’s email address. I also sent an SMS to their mobile phone, briefly explaining the issue.
👉 I have not received a single response.
No explanation, no apology, not even a basic “we are looking into it.” Just complete silence. This behaviour clearly shows that the company does not take customer complaints or after-sales support seriously.
Selling low-quality products is one issue, but completely ignoring customers is a much more serious problem.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this company keep their expectations very low, especially regarding product durability, warranty, and customer service.
For me, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will definitely not purchase from them again.
