I had such a great experience with VizBeds and would highly recommend them.

Originally, I ordered two divan beds from another company, but the delivery kept getting delayed far beyond the expected timeframe. In the end, I decided to cancel that order and place a new one with VizBeds — and I’m so glad I did.

Their customer service was excellent from the start. They were responsive, understanding of my situation, and promised to send the beds as quickly as possible. I placed my order on Friday and received both beds the following Tuesday, which was incredibly fast. They kept me updated throughout the process, and on the day of delivery, they even called to confirm the delivery time.

The delivery driver was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The beds themselves are good quality and very sturdy.

When assembling them, we noticed that two small parts for securing the headboard were missing. Although the bed could still be assembled, the headboard wasn’t as sturdy as it should be. I contacted customer service, and once again they were very responsive and sent the missing parts out quickly.

Overall, I really appreciate the level of care and efficiency shown by VizBeds. It was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We received the bed promptly at a time promised.
The delivery guy assembled it in no time. He was very efficient. We like the bed and it's colour. We are very happy with it.
Only one minor problem. A link joining the two halves of the bed was missing.
The delivery guy, whose fault it was not, apologised profusely and said that he will come back with it as soon as possible and fit it.
He did come back within a week and fitted it.
All this meant was we could not use the bed for a week after it was first delivered.

The order arrived on time with updates by text and email, the delivery guys were very informative about the product and did well with arrival time bearing in mind they had had a bad start with a tyre issue on the vehicle. We are very happy with the bed's design and colour and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent company my delivery was expected on Saturday of which the van broke down and not only did the driver text me he sent me a video showing me it being loaded onto a trailer. The delivery was rearranged for Sunday and again they were excellent in letting me know the time of delivery. The only downside was the time of delivery was 9:30 which I sort of get as they had broken down the day before. But the driver and install team were great and always polite and very friendly. Would definitely recommend vizbeds and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Excellent customer service, product and delivery. The free swatches are a brilliant idea which helped me to order in confidence. We received a great quality headboard with fast, helpful and friendly delivery. Couldn't have asked for more and would not hesitate to recommend.

Fast delivery. Delivery driver checked a good couple of times to confirm he was at the correct address. Was left in the safe place I asked him to leave it well packaged. Very pleased
