I wish I would've checked up on reviews before I placed an order. I've ordered things that have come from China is less than 2 weeks. I am going on almost 3 months now with no item and when I emailed them they never responded. Thank God I made my order through PayPal so I was able to get them involved and once I did I magically got an email with shipping information but I still had to escalate it because the shipping information is a little shaky it has been saying in transit and that is all. I hope I get my product because I really wanted it but if not I will be okay with a refund as well either way I will NEVER order from that site again and wouldn't recommend any one else to. Also I think all the reviews on their actual site are fake since they are all good.

Have 2 orders payed July 5, that after 8 weeks still not arrived. Sent several emails asking about when my orders will arrive. Only answer is ” we will check” but nothing happens, no answer om my question. The shipment info that i got a few days after purchase, include tracking no that not exist.
This company does nothing to help, and i must warn everyone for this company.

Will strongly warn everybody AGAINST shopping at Vizual Treats. I have now waited more than 4 months – and I have still not received the item I ordered and paid for. I have never received track-and-trace documentation from Vizual Treats showing dispatch of my order despite numerous requests. On each and every occasion I contacted Vizual Treats I was told to be patient, but my patience is now exhausted. Therefore this warning to others never to order anything from Vizual Treats.
