I have not experienced service like it tbh, I understand policies ect but the returns/exchange policy is insane!?
I bought a necklace for my sister so of course it went over the 7days, she started wearing the necklace and the diamantés have started to fall out - how embarrassing considering the price is not exactly cheap!!!!
Was not asking for a refund just and exchange at least - will not be recommending this brand to anyone !!! :)

Surprisingly good?
Even though I was a bit worried about the lack of reviews on here I decided to get one of their tarot necklaces after seeing them on IG. Everything went pretty smoothly! Got my order in about 10 days. The quality didn't seem great at first, the chain especially felt a bit flimsy in my hands... but I've been wearing it regularly for the past couple of months and it's doing great, plus the gold didn't fade at all (even though I live in a very hot&humid climate). The pendant is very cute and very detailed for the size.
