A booking confirmation and the airline PNR code are always sent to the registered email address as soon as the payment is completed, allowing direct access to the booking on the airline website. Regarding the extra services, base ticket prices are kept minimal so travellers can choose and pay only for the options needed. Optional services from partners are offered to customize the trip, and there is no obligation to purchase extras through the website.

When booking a ticket, specific conditions set by the airline apply. In this case, the tickets are non-refundable according to these rules, which means a refund is unfortunately not possible. I have checked the booking again, but the terms and conditions do not allow for compensation.

Very un trustworthy website
Very un trustworthy website, they promised to apply for refunds if the flight was canceled.
Both flights got canceled and they emailed me that they applied for a refund, but apparently that is the only thing they did, it is almost a year now with nothing.
When I contacted them their reply was you have to contact the airline for a coupon to buy from them again.
It is not something that I can do of course because I am not on that vacation anymore.
Addition,
After posting this review Vliegwinkel contacted me and offered me the same voucher only this time with the chance to ise it for one day or it gets canceled.
They stated that it's not thier fault and it is the online rules, the problem for me is that I didn't buy anything from the airline, and the one's responsible for me are their shop.
I also tried to use the voucher but the airline have basically no available destinations, even the original one I booked a year ago.

Good price, good website, easy booking, only small issue that there is no 24/7 phone support. Difficult these days with chatbots and chats...would save time to talk to a real person. For the rest all fine, but the contact option reduces one star.

Ik begrijp je punt en geef je graag wat uitleg over de opbouw van de ticketprijzen. Er wordt gewerkt met een basisprijs door de luchtvaartmaatschappijen, zodat reizigers zelf kunnen bepalen welke extra’s zij echt nodig hebben. Zo betaal je alleen voor diensten die je ook daadwerkelijk gebruikt. De optionele services van partners worden aangeboden om de reis naar eigen wens uit te breiden.
Hopelijk helpt dit om het duidelijker te maken en zien we je in de toekomt weer terug bij vliegwinkel!
