Order Not Received: Not Active or Responding
No longer active or responding to emails!
I was super stoked to get a butter roasted Robusta, but unfortunately it doesn't appear that the site is still active & I've yet to hear back from the company after nearly 3 weeks! Bummer!
Hopefully Shopify responds to my request for a refund & puts their order processing on hold in the meantime, but I just wanted to get the word out for now as I haven't seen anyone else post about this!
Update: Shopify cannot help as they send funds directly to the merchant. It's nearly been a month & I haven't heard anything back from the merchant.
