Vodafone splash screen error not enough money to continue use service and i forced to pay. I feel angry and i have no words how Vodafone cannot even do something basic to me! I wouldn't recommend Vodafone to everyone else!

This is your worst choice in Ukraine…

This is your worst choice in Ukraine among mobile operators, but let's talk about the facts: 1) there is a "shadow ban" of subscribers - they have a blacklist of "good" and "bad" clients - bad ones are those who did not top up their account on time, responded harshly to the rudeness of the Vodafone Ukraine support team in response to the rudeness of the support team or indifference towards the client's problem, and if you are on their list, you simply will not be connected to the support team, and if you are on their "white" list, their AI robot with a woman's voice will offer you to choose from a list of questions and will not connect you to their support team, and in order to finally be connected, you need to trick their robot by telling it a key phrase, after which you will be transferred to waiting for a connection with their "live" operator (but they may still not transfer you to a live operator, you will listen to their melody for up to an hour and then you will be disconnected) - that's the phrase that I came up with a way to trick a bot, and it works: "I want to complain about your service. Connect me to your operator." (You need to say this phrase in Ukrainian to trick their bot, otherwise they won't connect you. Postscript: They say Vodafone is Putin's company, like the social network Telegram, but registered to other people. This review was written by Anatol Dias, writer, author of the book series "History of Humanity," and owner of the .tik domain in the .dog domain zone.)

For anyone planning to use a Ukrainian…

For anyone planning to use a Ukrainian Vodafone SIM card in the USA: be warned. The connection is extremely unreliable — at times it wouldn’t connect to any local carrier for an entire day. The plan cost about $20 for 7 days with 5 GB of data, yet it never went beyond EDGE speeds. Absolutely disastrous.

In the end, I purchased an eSIM instead, which offered 10 GB for 15 days at only $15, and provided stable 5G coverage across the entire USA. A far better option.

Avoid

Avoid! Vodafone UA has NOTHING to do with Europe, horrible non-existing support.
They take your money, 6UAH for facetime activation which doesn't cost anything but they count it as an outgoing sms! As a result, your balance is not sufficient for the package.
Your typical Ukrainian scam company.

Unfair Pricing Changes and Disrespectful Customer Service

Vodafone has changed my tariff price three times in the past six months without my consent. When I contacted support, no alternative solutions were offered to resolve the issue. Moreover, during my conversation with a support agent, they simply closed the chat, which is an absolute sign of disrespect towards customers. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

DISGUSTING SERVICE

If I could put less than 1 star, I would.
DISGUSTING customer service. HORRIBLE mobile data. USELESS for calls and texts because they don't work. Don't waste your money! They are horrible!

Money was taken twice.

Money for the same service was taken twice. First time like an automatic payment for a month. Second time for a service "year without fees". On the help desk was the response: "It is not possible to return money". Seems only possible to take money for service without any help or service. Another problem with promises: "Pay for one year as a service "a year without fees" and get one month free. But after payment don't give the free month. On the help desk they asked: "You should pay for it Tomorrow, not Today.". Have taken take money twice for same service.

Terrible technical support

I was a loyal customer of UMC/MTC/Vodafone for years. 21-May I have requested to switch my number from physical SIM to eSIM, which operator has confirmed and disabled my physical card; and then I tried to use a valid QR-code, purchased earlier. I was surprised getting an error message, that my QR code is no longer valid (although everything was correct). Since then for 10 days in a row I was contacting support desk, and they had opened several tickets (a sample ticket for ref: 1-700173723421), and closed them unilaterally stating that "customer has successfully added esim", which was not true. I repeatedly explained with screenshots, that I am getting an error on my Iphone 14 Pro, but it did not reach their ears, and they kept closing tickets without attempting to solve my case, in the end recommending buying another QR-code. I even tried to buy an additional one, but even then the OTP, sent to my alternative Lifecell number, did not match (poor QA work). Ultimately, I decided to abandon the number I had for years and won't come back.

Vodafone may leave you without connection for 70 hours

I have a bad experience replacing a physical SIM card with eSIM. There is no warning on the paper with Q-code about 2 times attempt only to scan, so I corrupted it just like that! So I went to the office again, bought a new Q-code again and created another request and as I was said it would be processed to the evening. In fact, I was waiting for 24 hours to receive a call-back. On the next day, they were calling for 30 seconds and I missed it. I phoned to support in a minute, but an operator said my request was closed already! And the only option I am left was creating another request and waiting for another 24-hours to get another call back. I went to the office one more time to create it. The next day, I haven't received any call at all. I phoned the operator again, and they said my request was submitted wrongly!! This is why I need to wait another 24 hours after creating a new request AGAIN but this time using email with photos of my documents, This time I was upset to the point I just wanted my physical SIM back. It started on 28 June 2022. Vodafone left my without connection for 70 hours while war in Ukraine is happening. It is just unbelievable.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Never use this operator in Ukraine. They took money for "Additional services" which I never ordered. The IP that I get from Vodafone is also in a "scam list" so I have problems when I send email and visit my online bank - my Swedish online banking site is not working due to "Scam warning" refered to the IP number from Vodafone.
