Customer service is good, quick communication and resolved my issues.

Have been using the platform for quite sometime. They have developed so much since I just started. The new interface that the launched recently is very user friendly, especially I love the dark mode option:) Customer service is very friendly and helpful, always replies fast! Also another plus is that T hey added a new payment option that is available for Russia and now I can finally just use my bank card. Love the platform, highly recommended!

I've been using sports betting brokers for a few years and my best experience is with VOdds. I think the negative reviews here are either not genuine or from people who are ignorant about the rules of this industry and how it works. VOdds are trustworthy and reliable, always processing my withdrawals promptly. I like that they are open to both positive and negative feedback and are always improving/evolving. Their interface is good and they have attractive cash back offers. Any technical problems I've had have always been solved quickly and their support team is very efficient in my experience.

Do not get lured into this website.
1. The bonus requirements are a nightmare to clear, since they add new requirements.
2. The BTC transactions are manual and they demand that you interact with them during the process to get the transaction through. Very time consuming.
3. Perfectly legal bets, placed at market odds (no exploits of any kind) get voided. And, so they take your money. They blame the bookie, but they are the ones offering their service to new customers who have no own experience of these bookies. Thus, this is a train wreck waiting to happen. In the end, you take all the risks and they also take your money.

Just avoid. It will save you time, energy, money and you will not have to deal with tons of frustration.

Before registering to the site, they claimed that they send usdt withdrawals in a few mins. Its been 12 hours since my first withdrawal and they still keep asking why i wanna withdraw all my balance and not sending me my money.. smells super fishy to me.. not recommending this company at all

No issue encountered during the creation of the account, very easy and what I like the most is its 24/7 customer support - you can contact them whenever you need help from them. Deposits are also quick via skrill as long as you understand their policy.

VOdds is claiming that they accept UK customers yet they don't have any registration to operate in the UK. They are suggesting you to use "VPN" instead. Very shady. I urge you lads not to use it. They accept European bets yet their registration is from the Philippines. VODDS wants you to lose, but if you win, they will make you big problems, they will void bets, close account for no reason, saying some shading things so beaware. Don't use VODDS. VOdds steal clients' money. Before COVID-19, it was a not a bad broker, but due to a long break in the football leagues, they lost a lot of money and now VOdds are looking for any ways not to pay out winnings to their clients. Stay away from them!

Constant technical works on the site, betslips are graded for a very long time, high commissions for withdrawal. This is the worst sports broker. Don't waste your nerves. There are much more reliable and faster (without technical problems) brokers.
