Absolute garbage quality. Worse than SHEIN. Terrible return process. Extremely over priced. My husband bought me several items as gifts and it’s a total pain in the ass to return and I have to ship back to China on my dime to return.
Daughter ordered a bag 15.08, no item received, no communication nothing. I will give them a little more time, but I have a feeling this is a scam....
It’s a scam!!!!! You can not reach/contact them and they do not deliver
My daughter ordered a shopping bag. First we received a mail that the box was damaged. I had to contact Vogilia myself. Afterwards Vogilia gave us 2 options: sending another bag or get our money back. We chose option 1 since my daugter still wanted the bag. I had to contact them again because the bag never arrived. They assured me I would get my money back within 10 days. We are now 15 days later and still nothing on my account. I assume this is scam. I hope they are very happy with this kind of actions: dissapointing little girls with big dreams ...
