My review is a company that I had never…
My review is a company that I had never heard of before Vogue pay. I was interested in investing a large amount of money to myself but a small amount of money to others especially those in business. I made enquiries on the internet and the next thing I know is my phone is ringing off the hook, from various and numerous companies basically telling me that I had signed up with them I was so flustered that I did not know what to do next. But one company was nicer over the telephone and more capable of explaining how things work how I could access my app and keep an eye on my shares in Bitcoin. I was asked for my credit card details which I gave as they did not deal with PayPal, a red flag should have gone up at that moment but it did not in my mind unfortunately for me at that time. So they said the minimum amount originally was £200 which I was to transfer from my account via my Visa debit card.. whilst on the telephone trying to make this transaction I was informed that the minimum that I could invest was £250 so I stretched my money and pay them the £250 that they requested. At this point I did not know that Vogue pay were involved in anything concerning my payments 2 the company Thomas finance, and the payment went directly through.
Several days later I was contacted from a person in Dublin who was very accommodating and very persuasive and pleasant telling me that my account would be up and running as soon as her colleague rang me from a different department making sure my registration was in order and that my newly bought shares would be up and running for me.
However when this company finally rang me I was uncertain that he was who he claimed to be as I was having nothing but call after call from companies such as bitly.com telling me not asking or enquiring, but telling me that they had my money and I was to give them identification so that they could proceed with some cyber account, which was not explain to me very well I also received emails and texts from them requiring certain information so that they could go ahead with investing my money. It was not just this company there are companies have two companies phoning and texting me , is relentless and already, although I had only transferred my money just two days before, I was blocking every number on my telephone that came in if I did not recognise it. I blocked 27 numbers in total and thankfully I did not give out my home telephone as I would have had duplicate calls from them on that phone as well. These companies also use different telephone numbers and different area codes to try to contact you once they realise that a certain number has been blocked. Eventually the same lady who had rang me from Dublin my first point of contact, rang me after I had repeatedly sent emails, she gave me a specific time and a telephone number and name of the person that would be contacting me.
This is what happened when's this gentleman came on the telephone he instantly wanted me to provide him with proof of identification! Bearing in mind I had handed over money and was not burrowing any money. at this point I had had enough this man I will not call him a gentleman, almost demanded not requested me to scan and send via email my debit card front and back, my passport where the photograph and details are kept and finally a household bill. When I asked this man named Joseph to explain why I had to verify who I was and furthermore give him very private details regarding my bank account my passport and utility bill or which I was informed by my own bank natwest that I should absolutely not give them that information as I was the purchaser. Whilst on the phone to my bank natwest they looked into my account and could tell me that £275 had been taken out of my account not the £250 that was agreed upon.
My bank passed me over to a fraud section of the firm regarding retail fraud as I had made a purchase and had it not been that they had taken £275 out instead of the 250 I would not have made these enquiries and started to rethink andwhat I had got myself into and I was devastated to discover that mybank told me that a further £198.07 had been taken out by the same company as the first.
I was advised to make the initial point of contact and if unsuccessful then my bank would step in.
The name of this company was Vogue pay, they had telephone numbers, email addresses in every possible at language for anywhere in the world.
Once I had written a query concerning the £275 plus the further £198.09 Vogue pay instantly told me that by money would be returned to me and all I had to do was basically wait a few days and that was it.
However doing these few days I was having texts on a regular basis informing me of the status where my money had actually gone.
As instructed by my bank I rang Jones finance and enquired about the £25 extra that they had taken out instead of £250 plus an additional this company denied all knowledge of the second aboutthis company denied all knowledge of the second about of money they put me through to department after department in I think different countries all over the world and had to explain myself relentlessly I know I was feeling ill due to the trauma and the very well concealment of my money's whereabouts.
I had been on the telephone for 9 hours that day at my own personal cost, I felt emotionally, physically and mentally drained, and also felt like a fool from not knowing what I had not investigated before handing over money so freely.
I intended to contact Vogue pay the following morning once I had rested, but come the morning I received a text from Vogue requesting that I took a screenshot of the transaction to Vogue pay out of my account which is exactly what I did and send it directly to them.
Within a matter of hours I again heard back from Vogue pay who assured me that Jones finance had indeed taken out this money, through the innocent party Vogue pay, for those who do not understand what Vogue pay does or who they are I can only tell you that they are very similar in my mind to PayPal where as if you have a problematic issue they step in, make their own enquiries thoroughly and keep they're customer informed every step they take.
Once Vogue pay confirmed that Thomas finance had taken out the money aforementioned, and had seen that from my screenshot of my bank account that indeed Vogue pay had been the party to handle the money from myself and transfer the money as I had originally wanted directly to Thomas finance and the £25 additional cost was a handling fee which I accept fully.
I was told by Vogue pay that within 7 to 10 days and without question or delay the whole some of my money would be back into my account, whether they received the money from Jones finance or not as they would reimburse me themselves if they could not retrieve the money from Jones finance.
My first point of contact to Vogue pay and from Vogue pay was on November 5th at 16:40 it was a reassuring text with a British telephone number I shouldn't mean that everything would be left in the hands and I need do nothing at all, and apart from sending them a screenshot of the transaction going into the account from my bank they asked nothing else of me.
First thing this morning November 13th 20 18 I received a text message from Vogue pay at 9: 16 a.m. from Vogue pay asking me if I was content with the fans being returned back into my account. I was dumbfounded. I quickly checked my bank status online and hey presto as if like magic all the money every single penny had been returned to me via Vogue pay into my NatWest account.
I have never had such reassuring and swift service from a totally unknown third party company resolve all my issues and making sure that I was not stressed to the point of breaking as this money was all I have, this reassurance and continued, professional and extremely friendly service did put my mind at ease and I no longer worried about this money once Vogue pay got involved.
I could not and will not be able to thank them enough for what they have done for me they have returned money to me that I thought would be invested + the money that was in my personal opinion, stolen out of my account, the second payment of £198 , without explanation or even an admittance from Jones finance to confirm that they had indeed taken out the second amount of money, but thankfully due to Vogue pay and their thorough and speedy actions it was indeed confirmed that Jones finance had taken out that second amount of money that they emphatically denied when I contacted them on several occasions. But enough is enough the whole thing is now behind me and that is thanks to one company and one company only and that company is VOGUE PAY, yes VOGUE PAY, that I am confident without their investigation and involvement I would never again have seen a penny of my money and possibly in the future , have I given them the details that they were asking for so everyone please be aware and wary, of anyone, anyone at all be at a company or a personal transaction please do not ever ever give out those details as our banks continually instructs us.
Finally and for one last time I wish to thank from the bottom of my heart and my previously bottomless empty purse, VOGUE PAY YOU ARE AMAZING! WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DEAL WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. A MYRIAD THANKS VOGUE PAY
Regards
Judith Donovan

My state of mind has gone from worried and angry to very relieved and impressed.
Please read to the end as I've edited this review numerous times, thanks to VoguePay's very rapid intervention.
I originally gave 1 star to this company suspecting unethical activity. Unfortunately, I had paid for merchandise from a merchant who never answered my emails and did not deliver the product. However, following my, probably unmerited, and unkind review, Vogue pay has proven to be very professional... the following are the edits I made to my original review.
Edited one day later :
Voguepay has immediately reached out to me. I will update this very negative comment if they take action and resolve the problem.
Edited two days later:
Amazing, vendor has sent an email stating reimbursemenrt effected. I will verify the eventual credit to my card and repost. If this goes well, my over 300.00€ will be back in my hands and it will be thanks to Voguepay.
And final edit: Thanks to VoguePay, I have received the full reimbursement of over 300.00 euro. Moreover, during the very unnerving lapse before the reimbursement appeared on my credit card, Vogue pay was in fact able to confirm that Yes, they were processing the reimbursement.
I couldn't expect more. Instant contact, effective intervention and communication with the merchant.. and of course: They reimbursed my money.
