It worked once for me and that is it. There is no "contact us" tab. There is no help tab....just a "community help" which no response. The program will not open. I paid for a one yr subscription and nothing. I do believe I was scammed.

This is the most absurd scam i've seen in recent years, they have done their part on designing an attractive looking interface to lure people in, due to the limited features on the free version you are tempted to try the free 3 day trial, and then the monthly $15 subscription after that, i mean its free for 3 days right? What could go wrong if i didnt like it i could just cancel the service and be done with it right? No. You can't. See this is the tricky and deceptive part. They also like most other subscription service only let u try the free trial after getting your card info, so i subscribed to the free trial and to my suprise the premium voices in the app just sounds awful, so i immediately decided that i don't want it because its nowhere near to be worth $15 a month, but the problem was i had to struggle to find a way to cancel this 3 day trial before the trial expires and my card gets charged, i looked over and over came with no luck in finding how to cancel it from their website , so i had to search online, apparently they intentionally make this hard and literally impossible to cancel so you are left with the option to request it through support mail, i tried waiting in the queue for live chat without any luck, so i sent a mail requesting to cancel my 3 day free trial via mail to their support. And to cover up their scam they send an auto generated mail telling that due to heavy traffic their response time is 48hrs plus, you see where this is going? The trial is 3 days and they are making sure to take time long enough to make the trial period expire and my card gets charged , and this was exactly what happened, my card got charged $15. I got charged for something i did not want and i requested to cancel immediately after trying it for the first time and i received no response from them whatsoever. So i waited for some more days and no response came, so i had to go back into their live chat and waited in the long queue again. This time fortunately one of their agent replied so i requested to cancel. Some days later i received a mail from them confirming the cancellation. But that $15 was clearly scammed out of me, so i demanded a refund, after a mail saying that they are reviewing, i received a mail yesteday saying that purchase was final and cannot be refunded. Is this a sick joke? How the hell can they finalize a purchase which i never wanted and demanded a cancellation in the first place and then i realized that this was the whole plan of the scam they are running . These people need to exposed while they rip people off in broad day light, Please share this review and raise awareness, voice ai is a scam.

This company advertises that it will build a voice clone in "3-4 hours" and it "can take up to 24 hours from start to finish". This is false as it takes nearly a week. If you try to find support for answers as why the delay is happening you will not find any on the website. They removed their support ticket system and have only a community question area where people post to find answers but no one ever responds. There are hundreds and hundreds of posts with zero response from the company.

If you then go to their discord accidentally like I did and hope for help good news...... There are random moderators that will accuse you of being a liar for asking questions about why their service isn't done in 24 hours like it is advertised. They will require screen shots of the website where it says that. Then they will say that it doesn't matter its only a rule of thumb and doesn't mean that anything will be done in 24 hours. After that the moderator will suspend you from responding for 24 hours and reply to your message with lies that you are now unable to respond to.

If you go to xsolla.com where your payment was processed to get a refund they will deny it saying it was already credited to a game. But its not for a game, it was for a service from voice.ai that was never rendered and was falsely advertised.

If you hit this point just call your credit card company and initiate a charge back because both websites are a scam.

Update: you have to delete your account to stop your subscription. Also delete the software as soon as possible. it has background processes that will use your GPU when its not even running. No idea what it is doing but some people said crypto mining.

It just doesn't work. And its stupidly hard to cancel

I wish i could set stars to -5 becasue this app is completely scam... it said "free voice changer" that voice is really garbage and you have to pay for that... there are 3 free voices that sound awful

Never use this unless you desperately need to or know you will use it for long, there is no free trial simply because it is impossible to cancel your subscription without deleting your account. They tell you, you may cancel anytime and the first charge will be 3 days after you sign up for the free trial, but there is no cancellation button for your subscription. I sent them an email - no reply. I was told to go to Xcolla or whatever the f*c* to cancel my subscription (Login ---> Wallet ---> cancel subscription) Only issue? When I had paid, all I did was enter my card details, I never used any Xcolla bs, and there was a refund from paypal instruction but, I don't recall seeing an option to pay with paypal either. I logged into Voice ai with gmail and I was supposed to receive a receipt and transaction ID, guess what? I never did as well and both the transaction ID on the receipt supposedly the only way you can cancel your subscription by contact Xcolla without an account. Maybe they will provide me with the receipt once they charge me and not during my free trial, that's one GREAT FREE TRIAL that is!

They offer you 3 voices for free and then they charge you 17€... I asked to the support and after 2 weeks they say that they cant refund the payment. I've read other people complaining on the same exact issue. A pure scamm.
17€ × thousands of people who think they've purchased 3 free voices = thousands of €/$ scammed.
I went to my profile to see if I could unsuscribe for the "monthly" payment (wich is this 17€) and they dont even provide you with the choice to unsuscribe: you have to delete your account in order to stop these...
Also, the app needs good internet conection to work properly.

Very bad. They offer a 'free' subscription where you will have to fill in you card details, then after 3 days they forced me to pay. I didn't even know the subscription was paid, I couldn't find it anywhere. Then it is almost impossible to cancel your subscription, since it has to be done via 'xsolla'. But they need some kind of code send to your email (I've never received any email from voice.ai). Fortunately, I could revert the payment via my creditcard. Now I had to delete my account etc, to cancel everything.

In conclusion, very bad experience. You could almost call them scammers.

This is really a great AI voice changer. The way this voice changer doesn't struggle with things like gender voice conversion is truly spectacular. I have had so much fun messing with my family during the holidays with their mobile app.

Scam, free trial, and they still charge you 18€

This product is just plain terrible, backed by a terrible company with a terrible business model.

They will use YOUR computer to train their models, which in return you get very little credits (their currency for AI models).
And alongside that, they will limit you to only be able to use 1 model (which you can not remove from your account).
after which, you have to upgrade to the 30 dollars a month premium version to be able to use 15 models on your account.

They advertise it as “free”, but in reality you need to pay 30 dollars a month. (PS. The AI is not even that good)

There have also been reports on their own forums about premium members not being able to cancel their subscription.
