I am trying to pay Google Voice but -no debit/prepaid cards. My experience with Googles products I must say it is at least 4.0 over all its products. I do love Google voice and the ease in which I was able to setup the service. The only problem that I am having is paying for the service. So, I have been trying to contact humanity at Google Voice over 3 years now. I setup a recurring payment via my bank account routing numbers and the like. For some reason it does not work on the google end. So, every moonntthh when I receive the notice from google that my payment declined. I have go in manually and enter my debit/prepaid card number that is attached to the very same bank in order for it to work? I have notified my bank and they of course have no idea and do not even see Google trying to access my account for payments. You say why not just attached my debit card for the autopay??? Well, when I try to do that on Google Voice, I get an error message that google voice does not accept prepaid/debit card for payment. arrrrggghhhh !!! Help someone at google.

Glitchy service at best. You cannot listen to voicemails ... no audio comes out. Most times keeps giving an error for "unstable network". Worst, for a company built on search, the search for Google Voice is pathetic at best. Hard to find anything in your messages :(

Zero support... can't even get them to verify my ID to get a working number. It is extremely evident they do not care. It is a free service; why should they?

GOOGLE VOICE support can not be reached in any way so another useless app on my phone I had to verified with ssn/id/passport/cc/dc

We have been trying to assign a new phone number (Swiss phone number) to a user for about 3 months. We already contacted Google support a few times, and they basically only said we needed to wait. After some weeks there was a message in the dashboard that "they are currently experiencing problems with providers". Today, again, they could only tell us to wait. Dear Google: Being able to do phone calls is not just a "nice to have" for some people.

How can someone give negative review of this? Strange.

I wanted to get a number on it and google requested a sms verification to link my phone number to it. I verified but nothing happened. I tried with my another phone number but failed to get google voice number. very bad experience
