Typically RUSSIAN scammers!

They start with an add and a trial to pay 5.99$
And then they charge you 61$
I contacted them told them that I thought is for English speakers, they said, I have to try them for 14 days and only after if they will decide they will cancel!
Typically russian scammers! Please stay away from them, and write comments on their instagram posts so people would know!

I authorized a one-time payment of $5, clearly advertised as a small purchase.

After that, multiple additional charges started appearing without clear consent, explanation, or transparent confirmation. These charges accumulated very quickly, and the total amount taken ended up being close to $150.

There was no clear disclosure that this was a recurring charge or subscription, and no explicit confirmation step for these additional payments. The pricing and billing practices are misleading and make it very easy to be charged far more than expected.

I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful before entering any payment details. What looks like a small $5 purchase can turn into a much larger and unexpected expense.

Scammer. I hope they will be charged for what they are doing.

Charged without consent. I bought a cource for 4.99$ and then was charged for the additional 35$ course, without even my confirmation of payment.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Very low quality material and they try to rip you off. I bought a course for 5 dollars and in 3 days they charged me 69 dollars for a bulshit courses they have. Of course it was written with very small letters that for 5 dollars after you buy just 1 course you will be charged 69 for a month. It didnt say anywhere a tryal period. All it said - buy 1 course only from our program to try it. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I want to share my experience with voicebyindigo.com / Voice by Indigo so others don’t get blindsided. I was charged $69 without ever agreeing to anything.

I never knowingly subscribed, never confirmed a payment, and yet the charge showed up on my statement. When I reached out for support, I received no real help - just vague, unhelpful replies. Their website also seems unstable and poorly maintained. When I tried to check out the service details, I kept getting error messages and pages that wouldn’t load.

This whole thing feels intentionally deceptive:

- They bill you without a clear opt-in.

- There is no straightforward way to contact them or get your money back.

- The site and company information are extremely limited and unclear.

I’ve already contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and block any future charges. I strongly suggest anyone who sees “Voice by Indigo” on their bill do the same.

Bottom line: This does not feel like a legitimate or trustworthy business. I regret even visiting their site. Avoid.

I’m writing this to warn everyone about voicebyindigo.com / Voice by Indigo — this company is a scam. They charged me $69 without my knowledge or consent.

I never signed up for anything or authorized them to bill me. The charge came out of nowhere. When I tried to contact customer support, I got no meaningful response. Their website (voicebyindigo.com) seems sketchy — I encountered an “Internal Error” page when trying to view their “Voice” service. (I attempted to view their pitch and features; instead I got a 404 / internal error.)

I believe this is fraudulent behavior:

They charge people automatically without clear disclosure.

They make it extremely difficult (or impossible) to get answers or refunds.

Their public presence is minimal, and transparency is lacking.

If you see a charge called “Voice by Indigo,” do not pay or authorize it. Treat it as a red flag. I am disputing the charge with my bank, and I advise anyone similarly affected to do the same.

Bottom line: This is a shady operation. I regret ever coming across them. Avoid at all costs.
