I ordered months ago but for everyone worried about not getting theirs, I finally got mine. It took forever. The tracking number said it was located in China for at least a month in a half but I finally got them. Maybe there’s a chance you will get yours, just be patient is my advice.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered from these crooks on March 16th & it's May 9th & still nothing. I've emailed them several times and I just keep getting told it's running late because of shipping delays. I opened a case with PayPal over a month ago & they're response was zilch! I was also given some BS tracking info at least 3 times & none of them work. One said my pkg was sitting in Hong Kong since March 30th. I wasted almost $50 and I really needed contacts. I had to pay an outrageous overnight shipping fee from another company, but at least I received contacts. I finally had news from PayPal mid May & received a full refund. May 22 - I received a small crushed box in the mail today & it was 1 pair of contacts (I ordered 3). They were so messed up I would never try them. Crazy!!

Honestly if you’re thinking about ordering from this company.. DONT. The reviews you see on here or on their Instagram page etc are not lies, they honestly are a SPAM company! The customer service is literally non-existance. You can email/message as much as you like you will not get any response and these people don’t have any proper contact number.
God only knows why they haven’t been shut down yet. I have been waiting 3 months for one pair of contacts lenses now. I literally only ordered off these guys because they had the contacts I wanted but clearly not. Never been so disappointed with any company in my life.

As you see with the dozens of reviews below, this place is a sham. They're definitely scamming people. PayPal also has the absolute worst customer service in history. I ordered lenses from this company March 23rd and paid extra for faster shipping. Still haven't received them.

Followed up several times and opened a claim on PayPal to get refunded. Took over a week to even initiate that. Three to four weeks later I am still following up with this store. They are apparently called "Bluetooth Earphone Store." That right there tells you they're scamming.

I am still going to pursue this company until I get a refund or take serious legal action.

I ordered 4 pairs on April 3rd haven't heard not and now I can't even track my order 😠

PLEASE BEAWARE!!!!

I'm writing a second review because these people are some crooks. I've been going back and fourth with them for a whole week and they're telling me they sent me the right color. I ordered brown contacts. The contacts were pink. Sent them a picture of the contacts and they're still saying that this is the right color. I even put the contacts in my eyes and they don't look like my natural eye color at all. Brown contacts are supposed to look brown on my eyes as they always do. They don't want to lose money for a mistake they made on their part. Swear this company is ran by chimpanzees or something because these people are acting like they are clueless. They know they made a mistake and they don't want to fix it. This is very sad that they're resorting to this.

I ordered three pairs of contacts from the on march 18th. It is now April 29th and I still have not gotten them, it says it had been shipped but it hasnt moved. They really are a crap company. If/ or when I do get my contacts, I will be reporting this. I do believe they will arrive in a month or so, however this is still unacceptable. Ttdeye has been sued for a girl getting her cornia ripped off and their contacts are still better with shipping.
This is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered three pairs on April 15th and got worried when I couldn't track the shipment. I waited a few days and tried again just to be told there was an error. I then went to the website, but it had been closed. There's no contact info, email, phone number....no ANYTHING! Even PayPal can't find them! They got $77.30 out of me.... so disappointed!!!! Stay away from any website/company titled Voioc... it's just a matter of time before they do this again!!!

Hello out there! It's a real company. The items comes from China. I bought these for my daughter who wear prescription glasses. WOW she can see. I'm blown away. Contacts with prescription at this cost. I stayed cool because I use Arrive app on my phone to keep track of my order. I see the order was still in China to clear. But once it reached NY, I received my package very quick. Yes it took may be a month or a little more but I received my order. I purchased two pair with one free. The contacts are wonderful. But I didn't receive my free pair. So I contact the company via email, they sent me my order number showing it on it's way. I guess after you receive the order you paid for they send the free ones. I sent another email today to ask if this is the normal. I told them it take more than a month from China to arrive is this normal or a mistake. That's why I gave them 4 stars. Other than that I'll give the all 5's. I'm just so glad it's not a scam.

I ordered 3 pairs on March 12... its April 26 AND NOTHING I EVEN PAID FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING. THIS COMPANY IS A DAMN JOKE. THANK GOD I ORDERED THROUGH PAYPAL I WILL BE DISPUTING IT.

What a joke of a company. Ordered 2 pairs of contacts the end of February and paided for 2 day shipping. After countless emails i finally received my package on April 25th. I asked for a refund and the only answer i received was an offer for another pair. Once i informed them i was going to turn it over for fraud they stopped returning my emails.

I seriously can't believe I got scammed in calling my bank tomorrow to get my money back. It says the website is not a website at all like it disappears. I hope you get your karma.Edit 05/12/2020 I got My contacts today it took forever! The contacts are beautiful but the shipping too long Also customer service take long to response. I ordered from Lensme 2 days after ordering there and paid the same 10 dollar shipping it only took 3 days. I will never order from this company again order at your own risk sad because the contacts are great!

I ordered a month ago. Got a hold of them 2 days ago and they said my package was lost in transit.
Said I can have a replacement pair.
Today now their website is shut down! They took everyone's money and closed!

I just ordered my contacts but when I go to “track my package” in the confirmation email it goes to a page and says that the web page cannot be found! So where is my package because they sure charged my bank card! They are a scam do not buy from them and if I do not receive my contacts I am definitely blasting them on social media!

This company is a scam. They charge for contacts and they never deliver them. They are committing fraud.

Update just like everybody else I got scammed on my second order and unless I want to pay for return shipping (but you know they're going to deny it and say they never got it or it was incomplete) they just stole $150 from me.. but it's okay because I paid spokeo to get low down on their owners and found out they don't have business licenses or are registered in either state that they claim their home offices are in.

Within a couple days they were able to arrange for the replacement lens and I already got the tracking number. So I have had an excellent experience with them. And you can tell that I am not a false review because I posted 12 reviews here on trustpilot so far.

Warning this company is a scam please do not order from them. I ordered almost two months ago and did not receive order. I tried calling them but line is out of business. They charged my credit card but never sent the lenses.

Never order from this fraud sellers, They are just stealing money and dont send the order, when you contact them there is an innocent girl Cindy sitting to help customers & she don't know any thing where is your order... She will advise you to find your order in your country we have sent and we don't have any control on couriers

DO NOT order from them! I ordered a pair of lenses on 3/23/20 and it is now 4/16/20 and i still have not received my order or any updates on its location! They're stealing people's money!
