Scamming site 7 months later order neve arrived after multiple "Reships"

This site is a scam. They use photos from other brands and market it as their own, but don't really have those pieces. The 'jeans' you saw are out there, but you need to do some more research to find them. Just don't order them from Voir Styles.

I ordered a jacket from them, I never received it, and I tracked my shipping through FedEx and it states that the order was delivered.

This company sent me an email the same day stating that they apologize that my order didn’t arrive as planned

Simply appalling, wish I had read these reviews ahead of time. Ordered Jeans on the 31/7/2024, didn't arrived when they first "delivered", and then sent to the incorrect address on second "delivery". I checked with FedEx and had informed me no deliveries had been made to my address, so it was clear they had no intent of shipping. Customer service is useless when it comes to refund, says they are "tracing" the refund. Don't order. Even worse as I found them through an instagram ad, so it doesn't seem they are aware either.

Delivered twice to the wrong address. Kimberly the customer service rep was short and cranky on me via email. Now I’m disputing the sale with Mastercard and hoping to get my money back. Don’t order from these crooks

Zero star for sure. I have been waiting for the shipment since end of May. They shipped to wrong address twice. Until I asked for a refund and guess what I have to call my bank to dispute the charge. Kimberly, if you are seeing this review. “F03k you!” For your BS.

This company shipped my order to the same incorrect address twice then when I tried having it shipped to my job they sent it to a different, new wrong address.

This company can not be real. I believe they filed for bankruptcy or changed their name because the messages I receive from customer service come from another company also (Santorini Styles) I finally canceled my order after waiting for more than four MONTHS and several emails stating my order had shipped and please be patient, followed by an email stating the item was sold out. Do not order from this company.

SCAM! BEWARE Do not buy from this website. I tried to return my items to the address provided and DHL said that address / shopfront / office is vacant and doesn't have any tenants, so my package was returned (this was after I confirmed the address with the Voir customer service. I have tried to email ~ 15 times now and have received 0 responses. Terrible.

As I follow-up, I'd like to report that Voir has NOT refunded me for the order that they never fulfilled and ultimately cancelled. Their customer service (Khizer, who is very, very sorry for any inconvenience and very grateful for my patience and understanding!) has given me the run-around for weeks. It is beyond aggravating. I have initiated a chargeback with Visa. Voir Styles and its associated "brands" should be run off the internet. They are a scam operation with no intention of fulfilling orders placed with them.
