I would leave 1⭐️if I could. Ordered a couple of items, sent one back as didn’t suit. I literally tried it on, didn’t like it, so put it straight back in the packaging and returned. Just received an email from customer services stating that the item had “marks” all over, attaching photos of the “marks”. Absolutely fuming as this item was literally tried on and returned straight away so the “marks” must’ve been there when it arrived. They have offered to either return to me (probably at my expense) or refund only 60% of what I’ve paid. I’m sorry but if this is how customers are treated when returning items, then I won’t be ordering ever again, which is a shame as quality is good. I will be taking this further as I refuse to be offered anything less than a 100% refund.
