I ordered at 7.30pm not here by 8.30pm…

I ordered at 7.30pm not here by 8.30pm phoned shop couldn't find order from guy on phone he put someone else on and they said it the driver was on his way he got here at 8.45pm ordered a king chicken tikka kebab,chicken pakora ,chips it was all freezing cold had to heat it up myself after spending £24 on it it was the worst takeaway ive ever hard pakora looked as if it was a week old not fresh thats for sure chips were soggy half cooked as well will never be back and advise people to stay away from them it was stinking.
