Hello. Everything is fine, but there is not enough android application. And, of course, it's a pity that you don't send cards to Russia, so you lose customers of your service.

Absolute Scam – Avoid at All Costs!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Volet. After multiple emails and back-and-forth communication, they kept rejecting my official bank statement without any valid explanation. I followed their exact instructions—submitting a PDF directly downloaded from my bank’s website, yet they still refused to accept it.

Their support team is completely unhelpful, sending generic responses without addressing the actual issue. When I requested clarification, they just repeated the same vague rejection message. It’s clear they are deliberately making the process difficult to avoid fulfilling their services.

At this point, I have lost both my time and money. If you are considering using Volet, DON’T! There are far better and more transparent services out there. This company feels like a complete scam. Stay away!

The customer service is very fast and professional

Always a fast positive response..

They block around $10,000 of mine. I was asked for ridiculous information and documents for AML reasons. They don't care about your privacy and will hold funds until information is provided. You can call it blackmailing.

The first and foremost, that I did love was the customer help was mostly immediately (it was not Bot but people help) and it is something that I would ask volet to not never let this immediate respond to stop by replacing to AI or else the service will become weak, unresponsive etc.. Like others.
The second thing I did love that 2 times I successfully send money on it immediately but more lovingly is that after removing to my bank account, it is within seconds which I never had this experience on any other platform including binance like they took 4 to 9 business days.Also for verification it is so easy that people, students below 18 can easily make money online and transfer on this platform as some ask for ID which prevents students from working online and send on this platform. And verification is within seconds. And I would ask you to not make this become complicated like others and if you want to verified by sending ID etc.. Please provide the options of students also because when I was below 18, I was making online by trading and had never been able to remove my profits or money invested because of ID requirements. And also with some apps you are able to add money but to remove they ask ID, proof address and mauritius was not involved so money lost. I would recommend you if ever to start to ask for IDs and prood of addresses etc. If a country is not involved please when that people before adding money prevents as ask them verification first for adding money and if there country is not involved then prevent them to add money on.

On the other hand, i would recommend them to provide the services of transfer money in USD to Mastercard rather than I have to convert money into EUR to transfer and even after having 3 different options of transfering EUR to Mastercard provided only one has been worked. It was not a big deal but it is the drawback.

So, my final response is that, It is legitimate, trustworthy, reliable and NOT A SCAM BY STEALING MONEY and the positive over come the drawbacks and I would recommend people from Mauritius use this platform as we always have this trouble of transfering money take time etc.
So, here it is. And lastly the fees they take is not so high.

SO KEEP YOUR SERVICE AS IT IS AND DON'T MAKES IT BECOME BAD even after having a lot of clients.Thank you.
