I've used a few similar systems, and like any, there are pros and cons. Volet's customer support really stands out - they respond instantly, which is awesome. The only downside is that their website isn't fully optimized for mobile, which can make things a bit tricky. Still, I highly recommend them!

I think, this is fraud. First of all, they asked photo of my ID from both sides. After, they asked: 1) photos showing both sides of the payment card (I was allowed only to hide card numbers in the middle, but had to show the first six and the last four numbers. On the back, I was allowed to conceal the three-digit security code (CVC/CVV); 2) A selfie with me holding the card; 3)
An official bank statement for the card, if there was not my name on it. After providing this info, they disappeared and did not provide any answers. While when asking for this data they worked very fast. SO, THESE AR SCAMMERS WHO COLLECT PERSONAL INFO.

Really great platform, one of the few that didn’t turn its back on users from Russia. Appreciate that we can still use it to trade and do business with our partners in the West.

The support staff at Volet, are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

They are clear and concise in providing effective solutions to issues or problems that arise.

Unlike many services that block or sanction users from Russia, Volet doesn’t discriminate, which is a huge plus. In today’s world, it's refreshing to see a company that values all of its customers, no matter where they’re from.

I am using this site for transferring money almost 5 years and completely satisfied. The support is excellent and always solving issues. So, yes , I would recommend.

My account was closed and I want too reactivate it but it’s taking too long I’m just here hanging with no replies please I need to fix this issue my funds is hanging there

worst service ever, very slow processing; I added fund to my account twince, i was charged but i am still waiting the whole day for approval, in order to receive the fund in my Volet account. all this is about just 12 Eur !!!

Great service, does the job and does it well. Customer support also pretty quick.

The bank that won't let you withdraw your money. 1 USD if no activity for more than 6 months.

It took me years to make €2 with europeup file hosting and another 6 months to get paid on Volet, a service that i never used before. Volet doesn't let me withdraw the funds because its a low amount and keeping the funds has a €1 every 6 months. Similar service doesn't have fees to keep the funds.

Outstanding support service just as everybody says. For the facility that I use personally, depositing money and sending it to relatives where it would be otherwise impossible to do (like Russia), this service is very useful, but I keep back one star for the high costs of deposit which seem rather unfair, considering that Volet.com apply different rates in different countries... in other places they apply 2.5% for deposit/withdrawal and here 3.5%, as if richer countries can pay more.... I keep back another star for SEPA for deposits, where money lands in the Volet account in dollars regardless of the original currency and that means suffering an exchange fee for no reason at all....twice if I wish to have the original currency. That, frankly, seams just an escamotage to hit for money,

I had technical questions but also some requests about the product development. The responses were very quick and quality: the customer service is really on top, both competent, responsive, attentive with an unfailing friendliness, in short the best after-sales service!
