Terrible company with terrible customer…

Terrible company with terrible customer service Purchased a watch back in September wrong one sent. Request to send it back and they offered keep it and will refund 15%. Once again told them wrong watch and no good so they offered keep it and 30% refund. No good. Finally they acknowledged my request and said they would send a pre paid label. This took over a week of emails for this to be sent. Returned watch via post office and sent them a copy of the receipt. They replied two days later that my refund has been processed and the money would be returned in 3 to 7 days. It has now been 15 days and many emails sent and still no refund. Do not touch this company with a barge poll. Still waiting 21/11/2025 Terrible

Very bad firm

Vert bad firm. 3 1TB SSD's were delivered, that do not operate reliably. My friendly request for help is after two weeks and another mail replied with an offer 20% payback, without any help at all. Ridiculous of course, because the products fail completely. Volkholz norm is to cash 80% of the price voor a failing product. Unacceptable proposal!

Never order anything from this webshop. It is not trustworthy

I strongly advise everyone never to order from Volkholz. My entire experience has been unacceptable from start to finish.

First, the delivery took over a month, even though their website clearly promised delivery within 5 days. After all that waiting, the product I finally received was not as described – it was a fake SSD card that did not work properly.

When I contacted customer service to return the product for a full refund (as stated in their 30-day return policy and required by EU consumer law), they repeatedly ignored my request. Instead, they offered a series of partial refunds — first 20%, then 25%, 30%, and finally 40% — but refused to accept a proper return or issue the full refund I am legally entitled to.

Despite multiple polite and clear emails, they continued to send generic “apology” messages without addressing the issue. Their conduct shows a complete lack of respect for customers and European consumer protection laws.

This company have stolen my money

I ordered a bird feeder which didn't arrive but says it is has been delivered to a different part of the country to where I live! I have emailed them numerous times but the only response I have had is to say that it has been delivered. Unfortunately not delivered to me though! I don't know if this is scam or if they just don't care that I haven't received it but either way they have stolen my money

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, I ordered item and was not happy with it, so am trying to return it, 6 weeks and 7 emails later I am still waiting on address too return, would give this company a wide berth

Dodgy company over charge and no customer service

Dodgy company plus you can purchase the exact same product via Amazon for half the price

The company advertised one product and…

The company advertised one product and sent another which was not fit for the purposefor which we bought it for. I have repeatedly emailed and called the contact number but have had no response so cannot return the product. The reviews on their site are glowing but cannot be genuine. I know I have been scammed out of £50. It makes me angry that a company like this can continue to trade. I will be pursuing this.

I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY as I ordered a men’s brown ECG watch for my hubby who had just been diagnosed with heart failure. When it finally arrived (it came from Hong Kong) it was a ladies pink watch. I was offered a replacement but they said it would take time so I asked for refund. They asked me to return for refund of watch & postage £15.63 but watch was returned by carrier as undeliverable due to internal batteries. I was being sent around in circles by email so finally accepted 35% discount but instead of raising a discount they raised another charge (unauthorised) on my credit card. On complaining this was removed and I eventually got the discount which amounted £6 reduction on price of watch after cost of return postage was removed.

Smart Watch disaster

I ordered a great looking smart watch for my husband for his birthday. I was sent a lesser spec ladies watch instead. I contacted the company and, after a few days, they responded and told me they would sort it out for me. Heard nothing for several days. I contacted them again and they offered me a 25% refund if I kept the ladies watch. I told them, as I had done right at the beginning, I didn't want the ladies watch but I was waiting for the mens watch to arrive as promised. They then offered me 30%! Still no sign if the mens watch. Finally, after over a month of me nagging them and them taking their time to respond, they emailed me return instructions for the ladies watch. They said that I had 1 week to return the watch for a full refund. Unfortunately I was out of the country at the time and couldn't meet their deadline. I explained this to them and told them when I would be able to return it but they had no understanding of my situation and basically said "tough". So, I spent about £70 with them, have a watch I don't want/need, and had to spend out on another watch for my husband, which I couldnt really afford to do.
Don't touch this company!! I am disgusted with them. Actually wanted to give no stars

All Absolutely Fine

Having ordered and then read the reviews, I was nervous about possibility of item not being received or of poor quality. I emailed the company and they replied within 15 minutes. I received my strimmer bang on time and although I haven't used it yet, it looks absolutely fine. I have no complaint to make about Volkholz.

SCAM - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Incorrect item received.
Have written numerous emails and left several VM messages.

I refuse to be left out of pocket and am chasing them down by any means possible - reporting them on any available consumer body website etc
Fortunately I paid via PayPal using a credit card so will raise a chargeback and see what happens.
So sad there are such s*******s in the world!!!
