I bought a brand new TROC 2023
after 30,000 miles while driving children to a neighboring city my car overheated and just stopped.
After calling a tow truck at 9pm a mechanic the following day assessed that the clutch is completely used up and need full replacement.

I called and wrote Volkswagen MOUGINS VGRF Cote D Azur where I bought the car they gave me a run around and refused any help. I wrote all the chiefs and CEO in Germany and France to ask if there is a recall, they all ignored my messages.

So I just paid thousands to replace a brand new clutch in a brand new TROC with 30000 miles- apparently it happens a lot - now im putting it up for sale.

BEWARE !! Volkswagen is NO LONGER a well made car we thought it is. Its probably the crappiest made car now - the outside looks promising but inside the engine room, the clutch, engine etc.. cheaply made - it's one of the worst made car you'll ever get now a days.

A mechanic told me Volkswagen make their parts in the engine room as cheap as possible to make the maximim gain. Its greed up to this point.

I decided to exchange this TROC to buy a Toyota again as from past experience i never had any issues with it - 16 years owning a yaris.

Volkswagen is now a badly made car and the service is disgusting. shame to trick clients like this - Money is hard to earn - shut it down Volkswagen youre just now taking money from people endangering family with children. Its very dangerous for a new car like that to just stop on a road especially with kids.
Shame on you Volkswagen!!

Poor communication, made me supply loads of information told me the van would be ready in 2 weeks, then after 6 weeks was told finance not possible. Joke and waste of time. No wounder the company is struggling to make money

I haven't bought a VW, as all french dealers do not reply to requests to view a vw caddy van with petrol engine. This poor customer service is before they've even had any money off me, imagine how it will be when they've had my money, think I'll stick to Mercedes

ils viennent de me raccrocher au nez
dialogue de sourd, après trois mois de problème pour faire un prélèvement automatique (service de recouvrement avec pénalitées à chaque fois car ils n'arrivent pas a faire les prélèvements), pour en final ne pas trouver de solution et affirmer qu'ils n'ont pas eu mes mails!!
