I booked a flight from Florence to Zürich for my family for August and received their immediate booking form but didn't receive any subsequent confirmation (or any communication in fact!) I completed their on line form 4 times over the next week inquiring about my flight but I refused to call their overpriced call line. Then 9 days after I booked and had given up hope, I eventually got my first and only email stating that they couldn't book my flights and my booking was cancelled free of charge! Totally unacceptable customer service! Avoid this site!!

This company is outrageous. They charge €40 for using a credit card, then they don't use industry standard software for fraud checks and instead ask for a passport scan and a copy of the credit card. Despite having provided these details and then having received a confirmation, receipt and itinerary they cancelled my ticket without informing me. This meant that when I tried to check in (having been allowed to fly one direction) my booking didn't exist. They only have very expensive customer service lines, which are not economically possible to call when abroad and then charged me for having cancelled my booking. The irony is I then had to pay for my new ticket with the credit card they were having problems with. This company is terrible, they haven't responded to my complaint and seem to be committed to over charging on every possible front. Use a more reputable company.

Cheap fares and good service.

How can you claim to be protecting clients from fraud and then charge them a penalty between 50 to 100 euro for not responding to your e-mails in time? This is a rediculous service!

VOLO24 are crooks. Every time the booking page is corrected, VOLO24 adds an insurance cost that has been cancelled. When the page is finally correct and passes to payement, VOLO24 has added the insurance cost anyway.
