Worse customer service, the attendant was rude to us, the other customers and the other staff.
The attendant also tried to rip us off by overcharging for the car.

RENT A CAR. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
This company did not have an office at the airport. But they don't notify you, after going around a thousand times at the airport you are forced to call, then they pick you up with a dirty van and take you to a field where the offices are. For all this, we lost the ferry and had to pay €200 more. They do not give you the car you have requested. Now they have invented some damage to the car and are trying to charge us €250. When we deliver the car, the person who received the vehicle signed that everything was ok. Everything, everything, unfortunate.
Very bad experience with Volta4U
Very unpleasant Manager and staff in Mykonos Airport. They rejected all my credit cards for the deposit! They claimed that they were all debit cards and they wanted to have cash instead. This agency is dishonest and I had finally to rent a car in another agency without any refund! You should really avoid this agency. The booking was done via Rentalcars.com, Rentalcars.com never accepted to make any refund for this rental!

I used the service online to book a car for two days, and i was surprised about the very convenient price and the availability (i Just booked some hours before the departure). The deal was the price of the car + insurance, and they said was included in the price others elements .. Included what means? Please give me explanation of its meaning!
At the pick up place, after the papers they ask me credit card in order to take, to block on my account a deposit of 992euros, for me unbelievable!
Since i do not have credit cards, the guy just said that all the info about costa and rules were written in the online page, that there were no other solutions and i should contact the customer service to ask about refund of my money.
I called immediately the customer service, i found a kindly person that after 20 minutes of call gave me two solutions: ask the cancellation of my reservation and make a new one in order to take back the all amount of money spent, or cancel It with some fees and get back just a little part of that money.
Please, tell me if is this Fair? I really dont understand and i'm totally disappointed about all, and angry about the options and rules they have to solve the problem.
Now i must wait more or less a week to get around 50 euros back ... Really, do not use this service!! It's a joke, it's a robber! No flexibility, no interest on the customers, Just interest on Money!!

Don't go there if you don't have a credit card (what most of greeks and europeens customers don't have) because they will charge you 250€ for full insurance, for be sure to get the car.
It's a lot of year i rent a car it's the first time i see that (it's a shame).
It's like that they win money that why they have low price during winter.
Plus don't forget stuff inside the car because they will pretend to not have find anything!!!

The worst company ever!!! Worst customer service - 30 days later I still haven't got my deposit back, I don't even receive answer of my emails. I am calling every day and still nothing!!!! No explanation whatsoever about what is going on with my deposit and why its delayed, nothing... Shame!!!!!!
By far one of the best car rentals
By far one of the best car rentals. Their fleet is huge and in very good condition! The stuff is truly polite and trying to serve in the client's best interest (from the desk to the parkin or the carwash). I changed my reservation two times prior to pickup and they responded positively without any complaint and no extra charges. The gas meter showed a little less than how I got the car and they did not charge me anything for that. True 24 hour service desk with physical presence, not just a cell phone. My experience with them was excellent. They do not try to oversell unecessary services. They do not try to scam you with existing scratches on the car. I rent cars often in Athens airport area and they are by far one of the best companies out there. I recommend them 100% Note: I read other comments about trying to oversell extra coverage. Suggesting to get extra coverage at a cost is a standard practice for all rentals. It is done in order to reduce guarantee amount needed when you do not have enough credit limit available in your card and this can lead you to loose your reservation if you cant provide enough credit.

we have to change the main driver upon airport arrival at Santroini DUE TO A VALID REASON. However, the new main driver has no credit card BUT the other members of the tour were more than willing to use their own credit card for payment/holding deposit! But, they refused and the crew/ staff on duty dsiplayed monstrous behaviours! They didn't help us out or meet us on a middle ground! The guy who's dealing with us opened a packet of cigarette and smoke in front of us and as if he's on break AND started just rubbish chatting with the other crew and pretended we didn't exist at all in fornt of him! and not a single word from him nor the other lady crew about any other means to get the pre-booked and already paid car for rent! If you want to be treated with HELL, then by all means choose VOLTA4U! RUBBISH CREW FOR A GARBAGE CAR RENTAL COMPANY

They are not flexible at all with the credit card options, i never had a credit card and I am renting cars all my life using my wife's credit card as we are travelling together, never had a problem before but with the volta4u they made me to pay the full insurance as an option for not having the credit card in my name.
This happened at Santorini Airport Greece.
Never again with this company...
