Almost a month has passed since I placed my order, but there has still been no response.I continue emailing them, but no one is replaying the email.

STILL A BIG SCAM at INDIEGOGO. I ordered 2018 my WALLET from VOLTERMAN and DIDN´T GOT IT TILL 2023. Email from Voltermann is not longer reachable!
I will delete this message if I get my wallet!

Review: I backed the Volterman Inc. campaign in May 2018, hoping to receive a smart wallet with various features. The campaign was fully funded by 19,080 backers who contributed a total of £2,337,925 GBP. The delivery date was supposed to be December 2018.
It’s been more than five years since then, and I have not received anything from Volterman Inc. No reward, no update, no apology, no explanation. They have ignored all my messages and requests for a refund. They have a fully operational sales website where they continue to sell their products to unsuspecting customers, but they have abandoned their backers who made their project possible.
This is unacceptable and unethical. I feel cheated, angry, and disappointed. I trusted Indiegogo to protect my rights and interests as a backer, but they have failed to do so. They have not taken any action against Volterman Inc., despite numerous complaints and reports from backers. They have not offered any refunds, compensation, or legal support to backers who have been misled or cheated by Volterman Inc.
Indiegogo claims to have a renewed commitment to Trust & Safety, but their actions do not match their words. They are allowing Volterman Inc. to continue their scam on their platform, without any accountability or responsibility.
To all backers I should say it time to take massive action.

Indiegogo does not care about its users or its mission. It only cares about making money at the expense of its users. They hide away behind rules and regulations.
I hope that one day I will get justice and that Volterman Inc. will be exposed and stopped for their fraud and deception.

I ordered the wallet in 2017, 6 years have passed, in that time I have completed two degrees. I wonder how many more degrees I will complete before I get the wallet? Scam!!!!!

Dear Friends, please be careful making an order from Volterman Smart Wallet. I made an order on 24 December 2022, and today I am still waiting to receive it; only they keep fake promises; it looks like they are cheating us. If any of you has received the product, please confirm, or if there is any other way to complain to local authorities in the USA for this fraud need your help. I saved money for almost one year to give someone thing unique for my brother's birthday gift, but they destroyed everything and cheated, but surprisingly they are still on the internet and still selling.

I ordered a wallet from Volterman on November 24th, 2022. The amount of the order was $146 for the wallet itself and $19.00 for the engraving. They let me know it would take 20 business days to ship and once it shipped they would give me a tracking number. However its now April 9th, 2023 and I have not received my product. I contacted the company on January 9th, 2023 asking if my product had been shipped yet and I got a response saying they were sorry for the delay but would be shipped after January 20th. I emailed them on February 11th, 2023 they said they don’t have black case and they can send brown, and they could send it next day, I said ok, still nothing, I emailed them on March 5th 2023 and asked a refund as soon as possible, and they answered I am really sorry for the decision that you have made, however, be sure that we are always here to assist you accordingly and we respect your decisions. I have already transferred your details for the refund and the refund will be issued within 14 working days. Still nothing. I emailed them yesterday on April 8th and I was blocked, no answer from them.

I am waiting for my wallet that I paid for since 2017.

The customer support how now blocked my email saying I was being rude and annoying.

This company is a huge scam do not invest a penny.

The public prosecutor's office is now investigating my criminal complaint against Volterman and its CEO for commercial fraud and Indiegogo for aiding and abetting.

This company is fraud. When I got my wallet is looked like it was made by a child the quality was so bad. The charge connectors came off the first day and battery life is abysmal. I sent back the wallet to the USA from the UK which then had to be sent all the way back to Armenia !!! They now ignore me after constantly saying will be 3 weeks, over and over again. They have basically stolen £300 from me like they have to so many others it seems.

Complete scam. Many users died in the timeframe those jackals stolen our money, keeping say that we have to write to their support in order to receive updates. Ridiculous. I paid hundreds $ in 2018 and after 4 years nothing happened.

A bad experience with this company and its marketing guys The Crowdfunding Formula guys are con artists. They scam people with generating fake buzz, and fake noise about the products

This company are useless. Ordered 2 wallets years ago and have received nothing. The police should be notified and an investigation into fraud done asap. They’ve taken millions from prospective buyers and by the look of things there are thousands of others like me that have got nothing

I'm seeing a lot of people in reviews that actually never received their wallet. I unfortunately did receive mine and it was defective. The battery would not charge and their customer service wanted to me to do absurd amount of things to "prove" it was defective. Never heard from them after and still have a wallet that now just collects dust in storage. Do not buy!

Volterman & Indigo should be shut down & the owners should be on the street. Both companies screwed over so many honest hard working people just to steal their money. Both companies are scam artists. The lawsuit will bankrupt both companies as it should.

Having been over 5 years since backing them on indiegogo, and followed up with monthly emails I have still not received my wallets. Don’t make the same mistake as me in backing or buying anything from this company as I truly believe they have run off with the money collected. They are unable to confirm what percentage of orders have been fulfilled and respond with messages that are a waste of time.

Like others, I am one of those who supported the project on indiegogo back in Nov. 2017. I have written approx with an interval of one year. Always got polite answers, but seriously. It is totally ridiculous to wait 5 years for a product. And as I can understand, you can then order the wallet on their website and have it delivered before us who even made the project a reality. Think how much money we are talking about..? Well, what can I say. I am speechless at what people can get themselves into - and incredibly disappointed. People like Volterman make me never dare to support another project on indeigogo and the like.
