The company advertises charging cards supposedly valid throughout the entire country and across Europe, offering a monthly subscription with unlimited kilowatt usage at a seemingly reasonable price.
Unfortunately, the reality is completely different.
The cards are blocked after only a few days, meaning the subscription can never be fully used. Despite promises of replacement cards, the company later claims that the order period has expired or that the energy consumption exceeded the amount paid, refusing to complete the service or issue a refund.
Communication is very poor — the staff are arrogant, unreliable, and unprofessional.
They have even shared other users’ login credentials as a supposed “solution,” which is completely unethical and unsafe.
I strongly advise against using this company.
In my opinion, Veltify is a dishonest and untrustworthy business whose behavior clearly shows signs of fraudulent practices.
