Voltix EV Chargers  Reviews

For someone who had no real knowledge on EV charging, Voltix made the process very easy to understand and very efficient to choose the right charger and arrange an install.

A few photos of my garage were required by Voltix and a quote was returned very quickly with a price I was very happy with.

On the install day, the engineer arrived at the agreed time, was very informative of what was required to be done, how long it would take etc. The install was done very efficiently and the installation of the wiring was as we had agreed and very discretely done which we very much appreciated. The engineer then gave me a thorough demonstration of the charger and the App used to work the charger and I was up and charging before the engineer left.

A very pleasurable experience from start to finish and I thoroughly recommend Voltix EV Chargers to anyone looking to fit an EV charger at home.

Good communication neat and tidy work on install of charger.

Great service, on time, and a neat and tidy. Can't ask for any better.

Barry explained everything as he was working and also once the installation was complete.
He helped us set up the app which is great! It allows us to see how much energy is being used and also being generated by the solar panels.

On first contact with Gem nothing was too much trouble. I did have a lot of questions and with patience and understanding these were answered, even a change from untethered to tethered a week before fitting was no problem. On the day of fitting Barry called to say when he would arrive. The installation and fit was carried out in a most professional and extremely tidy way. Any queries I had were dealt with and each step of the job I asked about was explained in a friendly manner.I have no hesitation in recommending Voltix

The whole approach was very professional. From quote to final installation. Barry carried out a very neat piece of work. We are very please with the whole approach. highly recommended.

From ordering to installation Voltix were a pleasure to deal with. Email and WhatsApp contact details all provided.

Installation was great, the technician was very knowledgeable and fitted the charger without any fuss. I would highly recommend this company.

I thought this work was sub contracted out but was relieved when the owner of the company turned up and explained he does it all. He was very knowledgeable and happy to teach us the ins and outs of the electrical system we were being upgraded to. His organisational skills, timeliness, craftsmanship and handover were second to none. Couldnt recommend this company more.

Turn up when they said, great service and quality work. Just need the car to arrive now..

The process from quotation to installation was handled very professionally. Extremely knowledgeable in regards to EV chargers and feel safe and secure with a charger that is fit for purpose but more importantly installed safely.

Extremely friendly and polite engineer. Very knowledgable and helpful with my questions. Tidy, fast and explained the process. Helpful office staff too, easy to book and accommodating.

Excellent service from start to finish. Barry who carried out the Installation was first class and everything was explained before use. Very tidy job, can’t recommend them enough.

Very quick and well organised install. The installation itself was very neat and tidy with no cable showing anywhere.

Barry was so helpful. The pre installation communication was excellent. I knew exactly what to expect. He arrived on time and completed the installation quickly and professionally , and them gave me advice on charging the car and using the app.

From the first point of contact through to installation, the team at Voltix were a pleasure to deal with. Everything was explained clearly and in depth. I wanted to use a local and independent installer and was delighted with the experience.
If you are looking for an experienced installer and supplier for your EV charger, these are the people to use. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Great support at installation with excellent instructions from Barry on how to use the equipment and the app. He broke everything down to small clear chunks that made sense to an old technophobe like me and I have found using my charger and app straight forward as a result.
Getting a quote an making a booking was also easy.
