On receiving my Voltneck I expected it to work - however after charging it the remote would not operate the appliance. I have sent 3 emails to email the address for support requesting details on the process to return the defective item for replacement, the first on 26 January and the last one today. Their failure to provide me with the details I requested demonstrates a dismal failure on their part of after sales service. I now tend to believe that their only interest is in the original transaction and have no interest in backing up the product with any form of after sales service and would not do business with them again. I am a resident of Australia.
