I used voltpay as payment platform for online services. Because voltpay apperently withold the funds the service I use is not available anymore. So it really sucks! It is not right to withold any money without any explanation. So people don’t use voltpay it is a scam!

VoltPay Held our funds past their own settlement terms. Do not use for any real volume.

We used VoltPay.cash as a high-risk payment processor for several weeks at meaningful daily volume. Our experience, in plain terms:

• Settlements stopped. Money from completed, undisputed sales was withheld well past the settlement times shown on their own platform. When we pressed, the owner told us those settlement times are "informal".

• If one of their payment rails gets blocked, your money is blocked with it. Nothing on the platform tells you this before it happens to you.

• No timeline, no reason, no accountable contact.

We have kept serving every customer who paid through VoltPay out of our own cash, because none of this is our customers' fault. Every sale routed through them in the last two weeks is now a net loss for us.

If you process more than a few hundred dollars a day, do not route it through VoltPay. In our experience this is not a legitimate payments partner, and we would not trust them with any amount we could not afford to lose.

As of today we consider this a scam, and we are writing this so the next merchant finds it before they sign up.
