This management company is the worse.
From their finance department down to their maintenance. The final straw for me just occured as once again I’m locked out of my apartment room. It seems the door battery is low and isn’t responding to my Upkey details. The last time this happened it took over two hours before they could get someone down to the building to open my room door. Today, I’m locked out of my room before 8AM, and the on call team has taken over an hour now (and counting) to get someone to open my room door. I’m stuck in the building but cannot get into my room. The building has no security nor concierge but are readily reachable when it’s time to take money from tenants for rent. We as tenants cannot account what we are paying rent for as these services are some of the worst any tenant can get. I have had to call three times this morning to get someone down here to open my door. Making me late for other things I have to do today.
This building is not getting a penny of rent from me this month

If you’re s contractor or sole trader be very careful of this company. It seems they have no issue engaging trades people and not paying bills. Even going to the lengths of ghosting and ignoring emails and calls thus forcing the need to pursue through the courts.

After my daughter decided the studio room was not right for her and was making her extremely unhappy. A new student took her place. Volume decided to add an extra £100 to the final statement, a charge simply for the change of name! For a company that supposedly prides itself on caring about student finances. This demonstrates the opposite.
