Color Mistake
Horrible experience. Stylist used the wrong color on my root touchup and turned my roots ashy. I returned to the salon and the stylist offered to put a neutral color on my hair to remove some of the ash. My hair is a warm blonde; there was no offer to make the roots match the blonde. Also, my hair was cut poorly in the back. My husband had to use clippers to fix it.
The owner said it is her policy not to give refunds so I couldn’t get my $150 (including tip) back. The only option I had was to let them put a second color on my hair to somewhat correct their first mistake. I walked out.
