Top product but time for delivery was much to long

I've been buying Volutz charging cords for 6 or 7 years - they're sturdy, long-lasting, and budget friendly. I've recommended them to several friends over the years. Thanks Volutz - Keep up the great work!

This is the ONLY brand/company to buy charging cords from! I've used them for years feom micro USB to lightning cords to USB C. They all work flawlessly and I prefer them over the cords sent with your electronics.

This is my second purchase of Volutz cables. The first set have worked very well over the years and I needed USB-C. I love their durability and the color schema makes them easy to find. I tend to lose all-black cables.

Best cords ever made! I just wish you could still get them through Amazon, shipping from Sweden to the US takes a little while.

I have bought the usb c cords and have been working perfectly for the last 4 years. Currently bought these adapters and they work great and feel sturdy. They are quick to fix any issues as well, even when it's your own mistake.

I received no cables and I email to find out where they were and I got no reply from them.

I bought some Volutz cables about 4 years ago, they have been in constant use and they are not showing any signs of damage, the outer braid is not fraying in anyway and the connectors still hold the connections strong, this company is my go too for any USB cables as they have certainly passed the test of time far beyond other cables I have used.

I already had the charging cables from Volutz but you always need a few more. They are robust and available in different sizes. The ordered goods were delivered quickly and the invoice was paid in cash via Pay Pal. If I need cables again, I will order from Volutz again.

5 stars all the way. I bought my first pack in 2020 and their still holding strong. But I needed a longer cord and so came back here.

The thickest USB cable i know. That's why they are very comfortable to use.

Product never arrived at destination. Support only answered once without finding a solution. Subsequently it was not possible to get in contact with support again.

Volutz contacted me after I added a 1 star review above and told me that they will resent the product. Finally the product arrived. So I updated from 1 to 4 stars.

Right from the start, the day after placing the order, they bombard me with requests to review them, even though the product couldn't have arrived by then. Two days later, another email urging me to review. Where's the product? Nowhere. After a week and a half, I checked the tracking info, and according to their data, they shipped it to a different continent than the order address. Excellent.
I quickly wrote them a letter, asking if my order was misplaced or if the tracking page provided false information. To this day, I haven't received a response, so the manufacturer's customer service is embarrassingly failed.

The product has since arrived, but be careful, the tracking page provided is unusable, just like their customer service.

The product itself (charger) comes in a cheaply pressed cardboard box and feels more IKEA than premium. The textil-ish surface looks nice, but it quickly gets dirty within about 2 minutes, serving its function but not impressing me.

I have yet to receive my order, which was placed nearly 2 weeks ago. It would be nice to get a status update.

These are the best usb cables available. Your devices will charge significantly faster if you purchase them, and have a fast electrical charger, of course. I always buy them and am always satisfied.
