Be careful! The service subscription is pure robbery. You have no rights. If the car is sold or even not in use (de-registered), you will pay the full amount until the end...

We were customers of "Care by Volvo" for 3 years and have never experienced such a low and bad level of customer support. No matter the issue or the problem, you will have to wait for days to get any form of support and then this company takes another several hours to find information related to your car or contract as they are completely disorganized at "Care by Volvo". When they finally found the contract they have with their clients they have absolutely no idea how to solve the problem and will refer to someone else - and then the whole process starts again. It's a nightmare. When it was time to end the 3y contract, they tried to change the "AGB" so we would have to wait and pay for 3 additional months instead of 1 month (as per contract) to cancel. Volvo - Never again

Absolute thieves! They tried to bill for me a damage I did not cause falsely last year, for 500 Euros. Then in October they agree it was falsely billed. Then now in January they bill me again for the same thing and despite me writing them back that it was agreed I don't have to pay this, they forward the open amount to Inkasso! What a horrible service experience, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Our car a volvo V50 broke down on the highway in Southern Germany. We were towed to a nearby Volvo garage in Crailsheim. It was late Friday afternoon, but despite the late hour, the garage tried to find out what the problem was with our car. Meanwhile we were comfortably sitting in their customer lounge waiting. Unfortuanately the car couldn't be fixed, so we had to leave our car in Crailsheim. When we returned for the pick-up a week later, the owner of the garage came on a Saturday morning to hand over our car, that meant we could stay the whole week at our skiing destiantion, so we didn't miss a day.
