At the end of October, a VO Markets trader (a most ingratiating individual) very charming and friendly contacted us and gave us all the reassurances one would need along with a personal recommendation. We were made extremely comfortable in investing all of our funds that being £15k. We made both losses and gains but were learning the art of trading we were told. He even called us on Christmas Day to offer his good wishes. But....when the time came to request a withdrawal, he became a true monster over the phone. We urgently needed some funds to finish a house refurbishment and he said he didn't believe us and said that we disrespected him. He promised to call us this afternoon but failed and sent an early morning text terminating our relationship and refused to call as promised. We have contacted the customer services team and made a complaint. But currently, we truly believe that we have been scammed. I suffered a brain haemorrhage in September and in rehabilitation. My partner was learning to trade and helping me to understand alongside him. We are truly devastated by this abuse, anger and unprofessionalism and do not believe that the company has any intention of allowing anyone to retrieve their funds. He is a Jekyll and Hyde character and no doubt as others has stated on here, behave in the same manner - appallingly. Buyer beware! We are genuine people who just wanted to make a little more extra funds every month, not necessarily become a billionaire like Warren Buffet. But we have been humiliated and I fear for my health and having another haemorrhage as I am so upset. VO Markets may end up having blood on their hands. So customer services, please do your job and refund us as a matter of urgency. Ignore at your peril and we will be contacting global organisations to help us retrieve our hard earned funds. From a genuine distressed investor.

Hahaha this website is a scam. They make you take out loans and leave you when you have nothing left. I know if I mention a couple names they will try come at me but my account manager she made me trust her and took advantage of that trust. £87000 in loans wow and £15000 in my own bank just because I cancelled a loan. This company is just rubbish. To withdraw your money you have to pay them £15000 to get your money back and guess what they don't even tell you about the tax. What stupid people. Go through my accounts like they own it and demand money like its there's. They try and scare you when you don't pay them £15000 and say that you don't pay and want to loose all my money ($175000). I feel stupid for trusting this company and the workers. They blackmailed me into deleting my previous review so they can pay off my "tax" and guess what he lied. If I could attach all the evidence I would but I can't. So people keep reporting this account so it can fall on its knees. The amount of stress on me is very high. The banks are calling for there money back. I was an unlucky one so guys stay firm and don't fall for their tricks. R and J, I hope you realised that your actions have ruined a normal family and now I have to deal with all these added on problems. Great work Vomarket. Also J wanted me to delete my review and lie to the vomarket customer support staff so his name can get off the record. I hope trustpilot won't remove my review since I am telling the truth and can provide evidence. Stay away from these big scammers

It's easy for the genuine reviews to get lost in the sea of fake bots and pie-eyed newbies lauding over a company. I hope if you, like me, are a 'normal' everyday person you manage to see this and save your money.
This Company is NOT what they claim to be. I first became aware through an advert which claimed a number of celebrities used the company and were making silly money. In hindsight it's obviously a sales ploy but I was reeled in with promises of riches beyond my wildest dreams as you may have been.
Once you sign up, you get a call from a really nice sales guy who (I assume) checks you aren't law enforcement and/or are worth bothering with. Once you clear that, you get a call from your famed "Account Manager". My particular one claimed to be based in Zürich and was a multi-millionaire. How much of this is true is impossible to prove because everyone there makes sure they cannot be traced. They'll call you on different mobile numbers but you can't get hold of them directly.
Initially, they set you up on their trading platform and the £200 you paid to the friendly sales guy at the start is in your account. He talks about different elements of the markets, how he loves gold, oil & bitcoin and then signs you up to 2 different bank accounts. The purpose of this is because your bank realises these people are unregulated and therefore very high risk and therefore you are in effect laundering your money through 2 different 3rd parties in order to convert it to Bitcoin (ie untraceable) to deposit to the platform.
The first 3 or so trades usually turn a little profit, building your confidence. A few trades down the line and they start to lose and you are encouraged to deposit more to keep your free margin at a "safe" level.
Eventually, the Account Manager will take great pride in showing you how you've made $$$ in profit, however this is a false figure. In order to make that profit, you will have usually accumulated an equal value of negative positions, and as any basic maths will tell you, if you closed those, your profit would actually be 0 or worse.
There are a number of tricks used to encourage this situation such as not implementing stop losses and setting the Take Profit amounts to be low enough to balance the account without making serious money.
Shortly after this, the real fun starts and the truth comes out. Basically the Company aren't interested in your silly $500 (at this point - all my investment - see above). They want the big bucks. You haven't got it or don't want to risk it? Their solution is for to LOAN £60000 from a bank. They fob you off with rubbish like "that loan's not actually invested" and "you can get it back straight away" etc. When you point out the flaws in their logic, you are belittled and condescended as if you're the idiot for trusting your instincts. You'll probably speak to an "advisor" who "doesn't work directly for the company but they're legit" type but they all want you loaning money. Whether the investment they promise is genuine or not, I don't know as I'm never going to do anything like that. Given they all claim to be a multi-millionaires, it seems bizarre they care so much about my tiny little account wouldn't you agree?
Once they realise you aren't a complete mug, the friendly calls slow down. I proceded to make further trades on my own and was then patronised by the Account Manager for playing it safe, another common tactic of the manipulator.
Finally, I'd had enough of being criticised and hard-sold to so tried to close my account. Here's the best part - you can't withdraw YOUR money. When you try, it is rejected as there is a secret rule saying you have to have made 12000 volume of trades before you can withdraw it. To put this into perspective, the average volume of 1 is around $1000 for most forex pairs. Unless you have >$10K, this is an unsafe amount to risk. Therefore, to make 12K volume, you would need to have spent $12,000,000 in trades.... Yes, that's $12 MILLION DOLLARS. Now in a smaller account where you're going in at 0.01 for example, that's going to take a very long time to achieve!
Out of my smallish balance I managed to get out just under half on the promise of investing $20K once the payment had cleared (the greedy toads couldn't resist). But I'm still $500 dollars down and WON'T SEE THAT MONEY AGAIN.
Look at the warning signs, I was stupid enough to notice them but still invested:
- promises of mega bucks for no work
- very small initial investment
- celebrities do it and they're rich because of that
- no direct contact
- want you to borrow money from a bank to invest
- get shirty and condescending when you refuse
- you can't get your money out easily (or at all)
- everything's clandestine with multiple transfers between accounts to 'avoid tax'
Please stop and trust your instincts, the only ones getting rich are them.

I have an amazing experience so far with VoMarkets! Especially with my account executive called Sofia - she is very acknowledged, very calm and patient, explaining everything and spending a lot of time with me on the phone. I made over 75,000 in profits, trading on commodities, was able to easily withdraw funds to my wallet adrress, which she assisted very calmly to create. You would not make a mistake signing with this company if you are not experienced investor, as all mentors are very polite and helpful. Of course they ask for money, because they know how to use them properly. The biggest amount of money I have ever made, able to comfort my lifestyle, repaying the mortgage and build better future in 2024. All thanks to Sofia and her company. She is a pure shining diamond in this dark world!!!
Regards, John H.

Total let down, their account manager completely ignored me when he realised i wasn't going to increase my investment - i THEN decided to close the a/c. Eventually after numerous attempts to contact them i was promised someone would call me back - to date NOTHING!! Trying to get investment back its like hitting a brick wall - VOmarkets is not registered with Companies House, no luck even when i asked them for this information it was refused STAY AWAY - advised by FCA to report to Action Fraud!
RECEIVED STANDARD EMAIL REPLY FROM VOMARKETS SAYING HOW IMPORTANT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TO THEM!!!! That was good I needed a laugh!

It is a scam! I would not give VoMarkets any stars but unable to write the review without. Those who have written good reviews obviously haven't tried to claim significant amounts back and have probably succumbed to the false encouragement and false praise about how much they are profiting. DO NOT fall in to the trap. This is a scam! They show you how to withdraw minimal amounts, while all the time they encourage you to invest more, thus assuring you that it is easy to withdraw. However, should you say you want to withdraw more, they disappear and you are left with the useless emails and telephone conversations with what they say is support but they
just fob you off until you go away. VoMarkets is not registered with the FCA nor is it authorised by the FCA and so they will not protect you. Trustpilot really should look in to this and stop allowing good reviews by either vulnerable people who are continuing to be scammed without their knowledge because they have not tried to withdraw large amounts or these good reviews are by scammers as well.
Just replied to the usual comments from the support team at VoMarkets, saying they would like to hear more about my experience and the basis for my review so that they can try to resolve any issues I may be having.
Therefore, please contact us and share this with our Agents.
I'll keep you updated but I'm guessing they won't respond or do anything because they never do. They just say they will and then say they're closing down the complaint without doing anything at all. I've written to them several times via their email and spoke to their customer support but it isn't real. It's a scam as well. There is no customer support it's a pretence until you go away.

Great, up until you want to draw your money out. You go through the withdrawal process only for them to keep rejecting the request. Then when you question with the support team, you find out that you have to earn 25000 times the amount they have credited your account. So for example, if vomarkets have matched what you have put into your account e.g $700 x 250000 = $20 million. Meaning you have to earn 20 million in your account before you can draw anything out!

This is an update for the reviews I wrote on VoMarkets 5 days ago under the title Unbelievable Experience.
Now I gave four stars to the customer support team (because they flagged me not to mention the executive’s name ), whom they get back to me when I make the complaint. The person who contacted me from support team name Harry, he has been helpful and patient with me. He explained very detail on how to get Bitcoin ID first in order to withdraw the money and the account will be closed once the withdrawal has cleared. Hence, I promised him that I will give positive feedback with the helped and service I received from him on Trustpilot but would not remove the previous negative review for the true facts I experienced from Klaus. I only give credits to the person whom gave you the service and not the person who ignores you and take advantage of you. Advice to those who experience what I had experienced before, get in touch with support team and they will definitely help you.
