Having bought a large number of sets over the years Ive come to expect accuracy... so 3 sets over Christmas, all missing pieces.... with weird substitutions... vonado aren't interested
We also have a set that vonado has deleted the instructions.....

I purchased their own-branded Short Circuit/Johnny 5 model kit and never received it. I paid for the expensive "express" delivery and nothing happened, the company also ignored repeated communication attempts.

I have since filed a fraud/refund report on PayPal and received my money back. I won't ever attempt to do business with Vonado again. A note for prospective buyers; Vonado's PayPal business operates under the "Brick the World" name, via mtgoat001 Gmail.

Seems like either the company is an enormous scam outfit, or somebody has stolen their website and e-commerce outlets.

First: You won't receive any mail after ordering, nor any information that your package has been sent.

But: 10 days after my order, a nicely packed package with high-quality (better than LEGO) bricks arrived. So, the price/quality ratio is fine.

No customer service, no mail. Order never processing.

I was looking for a shop offering light accessories for a reasonable price, since most shops within EU take quite a lot of money for LED lights that cost almost nothing in manufacturing. After googeling I found the Vonado website which offered the parts I needed for almost half of the price.
I added some brick spare parts to the bucket and placed the order. I printed out the order confirmation number just in case.
Then while waiting for almost two weeks I neither received an order or shipping confirmation...contacting them with the online form was also not fruitful so I wrote a final "warning" mail with Thunderbird mail client that I would claim the paid money back at Paypal if I would not receive an answer. Having read some negative reviews before I was already quite concerned that my money is lost.

One day later - surprise - I received the shipping tracking number from Vonado and three days later my order arrived.
Checking the tracking showed to me that my order was processed and shipped just one day after I placed my order.
All ordered parts arrived and work well.
So as conclusion - good rating for the parts and fast shipping, bad rating for the online contact form which does not seem to work. Nevertheless I would recommend Vonado for light and brick spare parts.

Ordered a item in October 2023, I had to chase them for shipping information, now it says on my order no information available. Its now Jan 2024 no product, emailed no response. Complete waste of time just scammers.

I tried to buy the Launch Umbilical Tower from Vonado. This is a hard model to find made out of plastic. For those who do not know what this is, it is the tower that held up the Saturn V5 rocket in the 60s. I went through PayPal and after looking at my receipt from PayPal it was from Brick World and NOT Vonado. Furthermore, the money was paid to, mtgoat001@gmail

I immediately contacted PayPal and spoke to someone on the phone and they refunded my money on the spot and said this place is a red flag. This is my experience with Vonado. I still have no Lunch Umbilical Tower for my Saturn V 5 rocket.

Turns out this website is not selling genuine LEGO bricks, but cheap Chinese imitation bricks (they call it "LEGO compatible" bricks). Also most of their designs are not their own, but designs that can also be found at websites as rebrickable.

After an inquiry about a set, it turned out the actual instructions were not included, but had to be purchased separately from the original designer.

After a bit of research, I managed to get the imitation bricks quite a lot cheaper than when I would buy them from Vonado.

So conclusion: if you want REAL Lego bricks, Vonado is not the way to go. If you just want an easy way to get the Chinese bricks for a certain set and you don't mind paying more than when you would source them yourself, than you can consider Vonado.

I only give one star because they are absolutely not clear about the fact that the bricks they sell are not LEGO, but imitation bricks. I almost bought a set there thinking this was real LEGO, but the price made me suspicious. Good that I did some more research and contacted them, otherwise I would have been quite disappointed...

Wow, just a few days after my negative review, 2 positive ones pop up out of the blue! Both by Trustpilot members who never placed one single review before. Coincidence? Nah, I don't think so. Nice try, vonado_bricks, but a bit too obvious!
