Fraudulent transaction
My bank was able to stop a fraudulent transaction of 29.99 pounds coming from this website.
I bought an item online which had a promotion, and after the transaction went through, I received an email from Voochr. Not knowing what it was, I deleted the email thinking it was a scam.
When I purchased something else I had a notification form my bank that Voochr had tried to take 29.99 pounds from my account.
I reported it as I never subscribed to anything like this.

Purchased an item from a website and it…
Purchased an item from a website and it said I can have £5 off with Voochr so applied this discount as it states can cancel anytime so I immediately looked for ways to contact them and cancel this membership. Now ive tried to contact their phone number numerous times and it just dials out as if its contacting a fax machine. I have sent an email to their support requesting to cancel the monthly membership immediately since I do not want to be paying for something I do not want.
I have also tried to speak to them on the live chat system which was at first a bot called Tom then it came up with a new name called James who I think was a real person but did not reply to me or offer any help what so ever.
I have kept all proof of my requests to cancel the membership and the exact date incase I do get charged, Ill be charging them and reporting it not only to the authority but to the company I used to purchase my item from in the first place.

When buying slippers I saw save £5 using Voochr. I never received the discount and my card was charged 29.99. There was no notification of this and I certainly did not sign up for this. I have given them the chance to refund this monthly charge into my account before I report them to Amex and the police for what essentially is theft
