Not a US company. Didn't like the material of one top and the colors didn't match of the sweater. Am trying to return, get a refund of my $80+ but they offered me $17 refund and then $25 refund. I don't want the sweaters, just want my $ back.

Great product, iffy shipping
The website is user friendly. The product was as advertised. I personally experienced a less than stellar shipping experience. I know shipping in general is difficult right now, so I try to extend a little grace.

What I ordered is not what I received
What I ordered is not what I received. What I received is really cheap looking (Khaki Print Long Sleeve Outerwear) looking. The patch on the elbows do NOT match the picture and it is extremely shorter than pictured.The stitching is supposed to be brown, but it is orange. The quality of this fabric is very embarrassing and cheap. There is no tag to indicate size.customer service is awful.
